Amb. Muhammad Sani Umar is the Chief Executive officer of Mr. White Computer LTD, he is also known as Mr. White because he love wearing white clothes and loves anything white. This is a very big company where they sell computer systems, printers, scanner, photocopy machines and other gadgets. Mr. White has 5 branches of his company split round the country, he purchases lots of computer systems and other gadgets in high range from outside country and dispatch it to the branches he has which are headed by Branch Managers (BM), he buy products from Morocco, China, United Kingdom or USA.
The head office of Mr. White Computers LTD is in Maitama, Abuja, Nigeria. Other 6 (six) branches are in Minna Niger State, Kano state, Lagos state, and Ogun State. The branch manager of Minna Niger State is called El-Ameen Umar, Kano State is Barau Danladi, Lagos State is Anthony Akinobi, Dolapo Hammed for Ogun State and all the Managers are entitle to 1 personal vehicle and 1 official vehicle, they meet once a month in Abuja for monthly review, which everyone will give a summary of his/her monthly review in his/her branch and they organize a bi-annual review and one week party for all the staff in the company, where everyone comes together to have some fun together, share more business idea and strategies, slide presentation, sports and other activities. On this day, many of the staff has access to see the CEO, interact with him and also snap with him. This is one of the moment the staff of this company are always praying for after auditing. Auditing is also one of the program where all the branches comes together in Abuja to also share some ideas and the staff will be interviewed again to know their constraint, their advices for the success of the company and to know if any staff want to relocate to another branch. And one of the interested part of the company again is that, the 3 best staff that have the highest sales in a year will be taken to London for an outing for 2 weeks, all expensive will be from the company and also shopping allowances and also any staff that is very committee and stays 2 years with the company will also be taken to London for outing. Mostly done by January of every year.
In Mr. White Computers LTD, the staff benefits from lots of things in these company, staff are entitled to 2 times meal, they have a comfortable accommodation (Lodge) preserved for them and the salary is very attractive according to your rank in the company. The Managers are the Head and Oversea of the Branch, they Supervise the overall activities going on in the company in daily basis through the report from the Company Admin Secretary/Secretary, the CSO is the in charge of recording all the transaction made on daily basis and issue receipt to the customers and forward daily record to the Secretary lately by 6pm before leaving, the HR Manager is responsible for recruiting new staff, supervising the utility activities and general duty, the Business Executives which is the Novice or Rank, they are also known as Sales representative, they are in charge of selling and advertising the Computer systems to the customers, The office Assistance always make sure they come to the office by 6am and clean up everywhere before the arrival of staff to office, and also the securities of company are also doing well as they also getting 2 times feeding daily from the company as one of the benefit.
The company sells goods in retails but mostly sells wholesales because some of the computer comes to buy computer systems in bulk, and also the government officials comes to buy systems in bulk most if the government is giving scholarship or doing any computer training for the youth or students, the company provide computer systems for them. Mr. White Computers LTD awarded was the best and fastest supplying company in Nigeria 2018 by International Independent Marketers.
Amb. Muhammad SaniUmar (Mr. White) was born 15-May, 1975 at Gawu Babangida Village, Gurara LGA, Niger State. The name of his father is Umar Sanda Dada, he is a pharmaceutical technician, he works with the state government and he is the King of Dawaki village in Gawu Babangida, his father is someone which is loved by the people of his village, he has good quality of leadership in him. The name of his mother is Zainab Ibrahim, she was a teacher in a private school called Saifudeen Model Primary school, Gawu Babangida. He has 7 siblings and he is the first born of the family.
