Epilogue

2 Years later

𝐀𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫'𝐬 𝐏𝐎𝐕:

As I woke up to the sun rays falling on me, I opened my eyes and tried to move, but my hand was tightly held. I looked down to see my life holding my hand as if her life depended on it. I kept looking at Mirha, as it has been almost 3 years since our marriage and this beautiful journey was filled with happiness, love and fight of course but it still feels like a dream to me to be honest. My thoughts broke when I felt Mirha moving in her sleep, as the sun rays fell on her, she looked so beautiful with a cute 6 month baby bump. I smiled remembering how she surprised me on my birthday telling me that we are going to be parents soon.

FLASHBACK:

𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫'𝐬 𝐏𝐎𝐕:

Mirha was not feeling well since last three days, so she decided to go to a doctor today along with her brother. She decided to wear an abaya along with her white Nike sneakers.

She was excited throughout the journey cause she had a slightest idea that she might be expecting but for the confirmation she has to consult a doctor. Mirha had an appointment with a gynecologist so she directly went into the cabin without any delay. The gynecologist asked Mirha to perform some tests.

Mirha was waiting outside the cabin when her reports came and the doctor called her, the doctor confirmed that Mirha was expecting and congratulated her with a bright smile. Mirha was over the moon and had tears of happiness in her eyes. She immediately took her reports and stuff, Arsalan was waiting outside the cabin when he saw Mirha exiting the cabin . Before he could say anything Mirha hugged him and started to cry.

Arsalan was taken a back after seeing Mirha's sudden reaction but when she said he is going to be an uncle, he too started to have tear in his eyes. As the emotional segment ended Mirha asked Arsalan not to tell this to anyone she will surprise everyone on Ashar's birthday to which Arsalan agreed.

It was not an easy task to hide this from Ashar but Mirha tried her level best and finally it was the day Mirha was  going to surprise him. Mirha have planned to surprise Ashar at exact 12 and she was just waiting for the day end. Mirha have got a from Basil (Ashar's PA) that he is going to be late . Mirha had decorated the guest room as there were 1% chances that Ashar can get home early .

Around 11:30 pm Mirha received a text from Basil that Ashar has left the office, it takes almost 25 minutes to reach home. Mirha can't express how happy she was,  having a family with a gentleman who has filled her life with love and happiness. She can't even imagine her life without Ashar.

Ashar entered the house which was filled with darkness, he was actually shocked to see the lights off as Mirha have nyctophobia but he saw that guest room lights were open so made his way towards the guest room. On the other end, Mirha had heard the door opening so she was aware of Ashar's presence. As the clock hit 12, Ashar opened the door, he was surprised to see the arrangements.
