Chapter 5: - Mewtwo, a powerhouse of Different Kind

While they were clashing it becomes clear that the barrier doesn't have the raw power to stop Arceus but to Mewtwo it doesn't matter. It quickly thought of a way and teleports away from Arceus's way as the barrier got shattered. Then it again unleased another extremely accurate Psystrike attack. This time Arceus teleported 50 meters away from there to avoid those shock waves created from the forcefield. But Mewtwo predicted that before and took that chance to use two more Calm Mind. With each use of the move its mind become much, much more sharp, agile and became synchronized with the outside world. Its energy also become much more perfectly entangled with its mind increasing its overall contact power drastically. As its mind become more and more synchronized with the outside world it can now predict the movements of Arceus beforehand as it can feel the flow of energy within Arceus. Tyler couldn't understand how much powerful Mewtwo got from before. But his instincts screamed to be careful. Tyler screamed, "Quick use the dread plate and become a dark type". Arceus obeyed as with the activation of the dread plate his golden cross shaped wheel transformed into a black color as dark as the sky. By transforming into a dark type Arceus become immune to all psychic attack of Mewtwo. Mewtwo still attacked by generating the force field associated with Psystrike but it didn't affect the dark type Arceus.

Tyler took that chance to order Arceus to use Extreme Speed prompting him to blitz towards Mewtwo. But both of them even Arceus with his keen senses didn't notice the week residual shock waves from the previous Psystrike collided with the ice slab Tyler was standing on. Mewtwo know beforehand that its attack will not affect Arceus-dark. It used that attack as a diversion tactic and skillfully controlled that forcefield to mask its presence and slowly destroyed the ice slab Tyler was standing on. As Arceus attack was about to land on Mewtwo the ice slab got breaks down which led to Tyler getting drown in the sea while screaming. Arceus quick teleported there and took Tyler in his back using psychic. But Mewtwo was ready ant teleported itself to space downwards Arceus. Then it used aura sphere creating a giant vibrant blue sphere of about 1 meter radius it created within moments and attacked Arceus from downwards. As Arceus was busy rescuing Tyler it couldn't react just in time to dodge the giant attack which is super effective against his current form. Mewtwo calculated all of this beforehand and as Arceus got injured and disoriented from the attack even more so as he tried to shield Tyler, it attacks creating numerous aura spheres. This time the spheres where normal sized but the numerous aura spheres got synchronized with each other creating vast pulsating aura waves which got slammed into Arceus. All of those attacks were specially aimed at the weak points of Arceus's divine body. The golden wheel in his body starts cracking in few places from the all the vicious attacks.

Arceus couldn't get any time to recover due to relentless, viciously accurate attacks of Mewtwo. He has gotten injured in vital parts. Tyler said with nervousness, "It is extremely powerful. A different kind of powerhouse than you are Zacien. Raw power wise not too much but not of its attacks can be dodges and all of it were aimed at your vital places. We cannot even hope to defeat him at this rate. Quick teleport underwater and use recover. Oh, and create a protection barrier against the pressure underwater." Then Tyler took a deep breath and hags on to Arceus. Arceus teleported under water. Within a single second Arceus went more than 100 fathoms underwater. Then he created a protection barrier with Tyler in it. Then her started recovering the damage dealt by Mewtwo.

Over to Mewtwo, it had already started extending its mind towards the water as soon as they teleported underwater. It finally located them. Then it summons it's powerful will which surrounds its body into a enormous purple vortex of psychic energy. Mewtwo then wills the energy to influence the movement of sea water. Started as a small vortex it quickly transformed into giant hurricane in the sea water. The maddening sea hurricane created by Mewtwo reached Arceus and Tyler in their hiding place. Arceus's recovery got interrupted in the middle as they got hit by maddening sea hurricane. In full strength Arceus could easily handle that, but in injured state he couldn't handle the force completely. Along with the fact that he has Tyler to protect, due to all that factor after sometime both of them got swept by the flow of water. By the high-speed movement in circle with the hurricane they both got dizzy. But even in all that Arceus's will remain unbroken and he managed to keep the protect intact. But they got sept by the water and they continued to move with a huge angular momentum. Tyler's condition becomes so bad that he got unconscious, only Arceus kept his will and consciousness unbroken.

Mewtwo noticed that so it created extremely sharp blades of water using psychic energy from her hurricane water and bombarded them to slash through the protection barrier of Arceus. The constant slashes from water blades along with the pressure from the water hurricane created cracks across the protect. In desperation Arceus summoned his power. Multi-attributed divine energy of Titanic volumes surrounds Arceus body as he screamed and blow everything out of existence, the water blades, water hurricane even a huge part of the sea itself got sent to the void. Except Tyler who is intact due to Arceus's will only empty space surrounds Arceus. Tyler wakes up and Arceus finished recovering. Mewtwo is still looking at them calmly even though the huge raw power was alarming for Mewtwo. Even though Arceus recovered his injuries and used such a transcendental power he was extremely tired and low of energy. He is grasping to breathe. Mewtwo noticed that. Tyler wakes up completely and looked at Mewtwo warily. Arceus also looked at Mewtwo with an expression that says unbelievable. Because Mewtwo is still in top health. Thats means his desperate counterattack couldn't even touch him. It's was true though as Mewtwo teleported away from there as soon as it predicted the incoming huge divine attack as it felt the sudden huge flow of energies within Arceus.

Tyler became more and more nervous as he asses their current situation. He whispers to Arceus, "How many times can you use the attack of that scale like the one you used against Zacien?" Arceus replied telepathically, "Maybe ones. I couldn't recover completely. Currently my core is still damaged so I cannot exert too much strength now". But to their chagrin Mewtwo intercepted their communication and replied, "Is this supposed to be your attempt of hiding your conversation from me? Or is this a trap designed to make me overconfident by making me think you are injured? But I have to say if is no trap and your real condition I will be disappointed in you Arceus. As the supposed God of all Pokémon, you are not all powerful at all". Tyler started bluffing as he suddenly got more nervous than before, "Don't be arrogant Mewtwo. Just because you intercepted a telepathic message which I was hoping you intercept and fall to my trap. Arceus use Judgement". But he knows he is just bluffing and is sweating in fear. He currently cannot call out Zacien, Chien pao and Incineroar for help as none of them can levitate and Arceus cannot support their flight on his own. Arceus obliged and summons a huge vortex to devilish dark energies around his body. Then he unleashes the dark type Judgment attack which rains down on Mewtwo while swallowing everything to darkness in its way. As the attack attempted to swallow Mewtwo it again summons an aura sphere in its hand which giant sized and collided with the attack. That Judgement attack didn't have the usual power it contains. So, both attacks canceled each other out.

Suddenly like lightning an idea hit Tyler. He said to Arceus, "Teleport as much far away from here as you can". He obliged and teleported 5 kilometers away from there as then he nearly lost his levitation as he has gotten extremely weak. Tyler quickly said, "Listen we have chance to defeat Mewtwo now. We cannot defeat it using normal means as it is too fast, accurate and perceptive. To defeat Mewtwo we need to suppress it directly. Not via a move but by directly using your plates". Arceus got curious and asked, "What do you mean?" Tyler said, "Mewtwo is a psychic type Pokémon. So as your mind plate is the greatest power regarding that type maybe it can suppress Mewtwo. We can give it a try. Take out the mind plate and drake plate and fuse them into a single entity. Draconic energy within the drake plate will help boost the power of the mind plate even more. Then we will use it to suppress Mewtwo. Got it. How much time will you take to fuse those 2 plates together?". Arceus took moments to process this together and replied, "I have never tried to suppress other Pokémon by the plates directly. I don't know whether it will work or not. But let's try that. With my injuries currently it will take some time to fuse them together". In that Mewtwo suddenly appears in front of them. Then it replied, "I don't know what you are planning but I will not let you do that". Then it unleashes another aura sphere at them which got blocked by Arceus's protect. Tyler screams, "Quick teleport to the closest land from here. Maybe that island". Arceus teleported to that island and Tyler goes to the ground. Mewtwo also teleports there instantly. Tyler screams, "I will keep Mewtwo busy. You finish the task". Arceus waves his head as he disappears from there with an anticipation about whether the young mortal will succeed or not. Tyler faces Mewtwo with trepidation in his heart as he prepares to face an extremely dangerous opponent as Mewtwo who arrives and stand in front of him.
