A tiny Dream part 5 (1/2)

Dream POV:

I woke up to realize that I was still miniature size and saw my brother sleeping beside me. I sighed as I realized my daily routines were gonna be messed up after I finally get home. I was starting to get hungry but I didn't want to wake Nightmare up so I looked at the edge of the bed and tried to measure the distance so that I can at least teleport at least the what seem to be a long distance. I stood up and jumped as I teleported with a good enough distance and was able to land safely. "Mmm okay I'm good now... how do I get to the kitchen?" I asked myself as I realized my mistake of getting of the bed and not waking up Nightmare instead. "Ughh I have to get back up" I said annoyed as I looked back up as it looked so far with my side. "Hey! Hey! HEY!" I yelled to get Nightmare attention "Ugh wha?.. Dream?" Nightmare said tiredly as he sat up and started to look around on the bed which I was surprised he didn't manage to crush me while sleeping. "Hey Night, I'm on the floor!" I said as I looked up at him as he turned towards my voice direction "What are you doing down there?" he asked me "I'm hungry, so I tried to get myself towards the kitchen to make my own food but I just realized I don't know the place you live in and I'm still small..." I said as Nightmare just nodded "Ugh let's get you some breakfast" Nightmare said as he fully got up on the bed. "Thank you Night" I said as Nightmare placed a hand for me to climb on "Sorry" I said "It's no problem I know this whole thing was not your idea" Nightmare said as we headed towards the kitchen. "What do you want for breakfast?" Nightmare asked me "I want French Toast!" I said cheerfully  as he set me down on the counter "Of course" he told me "I will also make food for my idiots" he told ma as he started to get the ingredients.  

Nightmare POV:

I started to make the French Toasts as Dream gleefully sat on the counter, oh how I missed him. "So how has life been for you?" I asked him a bit awkward "Oh my life has been good so far after I was free from stone..." Dream said the last part in a whisper. "Well that's great" I said as I tried to ignore the last part "How are your friends Swap and Ink?" I asked "Oh they are great a bit chaotic but very kind towards me" he told me as I flipped the toast as I flipped it on the pan. "That's nice to know" I said "Sorry you may feel uncomfortable while staying here. My idiots may be a bit chaotic while your stay" I told him.  "Oh I'm sure I will be fine though" he told me "Though I am upset at Dust for what he did to me..." he told me "Yeah sorry about that I said as I finished making the rest of the French Toast. I then set up Dreams plate of French Toast on a table with him "Go ahead and eat as I will be waking my group up" I told him as I headed to Dust, Killer, and Horror rooms. "Get up you idiots breakfast is ready" I said as I opened each of their rooms "Okay" they all told me as they got and headed toward the table where Dream was at. "Morning" Dream said as we walked in "Morning Dream" they told him "Ohh French Toast!" Killer exclaimed "Yeah I made them" I told him "Now sit down" I ordered him.
