“Wow, this looks really horrible.”
A grumpy Felix grumbled behind her, displeased with her comment whenever he would walk her through any door. Yes, this place was a total wreck, almost everything was broken, it was covered in dust, cracks and cobwebs and Yujin was contemplating the fact that she had heard a tiny squeaking echo from the corners.
“Do you really enjoy stepping on my feelings?” he complained.
Yujin shrugged, his reactions amused her slightly, but she was honestly befuddled by how the eating establishment looked. “So this is supposed to be the dining room?” Felix nodded. “With my immaculate interior decor—”
“Save it,” Felix interjected, carefully taking her away from the fallen chandelier in front of them.
Yujin scrawled, ignoring his harsh tone. “Was it a war?” She followed Felix out of the building into the ruined garden outside, overgrown bushes, climbing grasses all over the statues, fountain and other decorations. The furniture was broken and the lamps were missing. Even the restaurant's sign was barely hanging on, swinging on a couple bolts.
“Game strategy to make this dramatic?” Felix scoffed, resting an arm on her shoulder.
“Well this is bad, I barely have enough coins and customers won't ever eat here,” she rested her hand on her waist, watching the ruined landscape. “I know I wouldn't,” the only place that was manageable to look at was the room upstairs, beside that, the whole place was a wreck, the kitchen, dining area, bar, waiting area, restrooms, staff areas, outdoor seating, windows, doors, and emergency exits— all of it.
