"This is taking long" you mutter, clicking the buttons on your console in hopes it would speed up, the earphones thrumming the games theme song stopped you from hearing the panicking shouts.

You didn't notice till your world flipped and you were laying in your side, something warm tickling on your side and your eyes blinking out at teh sight of your character loading.

[RoMultiverse] was a fantasy open-world rpg based of the Undertale multiverse theory, with its plot being set as one of the 'many multiverses'.

It was a hit for Undertale fans, taking them away from pixels to 3D play. In a way you can compare it to Genshin Impact with its visual and plot design - with you being able to do side quests while going through the main quest -except you can create your character. That what stuck for you.

The open world-ness, the fact it was unnecessary to stick with the otome like main plot and teh fact you could create your own unique characters. However the main problem was you had to recreate a character every time you did a [True Reset], which was different for a Reset.

With a Reset, time rewound, however there were several individuals who would remeber, as such if you mess up one or even if someone found out about your convenient ability it can often restrict your movements.

With True Reset teh entire game is completely reset. So no one remembers.

Either way, you ended up doing a True Reset after coming so close to finishing a case, only to be killed by the infamous "Dust", now this usually wouldn't be a problem if he want connected to "Nightmare" and immediately notified Nightmare. So you decided to True Reset, plus you wanted to try out this 'younger brother' update in your next character.

You would've continued playing as your previous character or avoided picking the 'skeleton' option if you knew where you'd end up waking up.

You wonder if picking to be human character gain would've garnered the attention of whatever outer forces had been conniving to get you in here.
