We all have the times when we didn't study for exams or tests and are panicking over whether we will pass or still manage to get a high score, so here are some tips!
Breath in, breath out, relax your body, and don't think of the worst-case scenarios.
Ask yourself some questions, how much time do you have left till the exam or test? What learning method do you learn more from? What is the material tested?
With those questions answered, look through the material that will be tested; what are the main points / important points? I'd recommend you list down the main points / important points; write it on a notebook or piece of paper or type it out.
Once that is done, look through your list and think about what questions would likely be tested and what answers will be needed. Remember to list out any specific format or formulas needed as well so that you can revise that too.
After that, pack the needed materials for the exam/test (if it is the next day) or take a break / sleep (especially if you're tired and it's late!)
Good luck!
