Two days had passed since Jungwon left Brisbane, but it felt like an eternity. The vibrant city, filled with laughter and creativity, now felt dull and colorless without Jake by his side. Though they kept in touch through messages and video calls, the physical distance only magnified the emptiness in his heart.

Jungwon found himself sitting at his desk in his Seoul apartment, his laptop open but his focus wavering. He stared at the blank page, the ideas for his next script swirling in his mind but refusing to settle. Instead, his thoughts drifted back to Jake—the way his eyes sparkled when he laughed, the warmth of his embrace, and the playful banter that had become the highlight of Jungwon's days in Brisbane.

Meanwhile, Jake was feeling the weight of the world on his shoulders. Back in Australia, he paced his office, his mind racing with thoughts of Jungwon. Despite the success of his film company, nothing felt right without the man who had effortlessly captivated his heart. The once bustling office now seemed overwhelming, the stacks of paperwork feeling like a burden rather than a challenge.

"I can't keep doing this," Jake muttered to himself, running a hand through his hair in frustration. "I need to be with him."

With a resolute expression, he picked up his phone and began delegating his responsibilities to his trusted team. Meetings were rescheduled, and tasks were reassigned. He was determined to wrap up everything he needed to do in Australia so he could finally be with Jungwon.

Once everything was in motion, Jake booked a one-way ticket to Seoul. He couldn't wait to surprise Jungwon and show him just how serious he was about their relationship. His heart raced at the thought of being reunited with Jungwon, of finally being together in the same city, the same space.

As the plane touched down in Seoul, a wave of excitement washed over him. The familiar sights of the city felt like home, but now it felt even more significant with Jungwon at the center of it all. He hailed a cab, instructing the driver to take him to Jungwon's apartment.

Arriving at Jungwon's building, Jake felt a mixture of nerves and anticipation. He had imagined this moment countless times, but now that it was here, he was both excited and anxious. He had brought with him a few bags of clothes and essentials, but more importantly, he had brought his heart—ready to share it fully with Jungwon.

Jake took a deep breath as he stood in front of Jungwon's door, the evening light casting a warm glow in the hallway. He knocked gently, a grin spreading across his face at the thought of the surprise that awaited Jungwon.

Moments later, the door creaked open, and Jungwon stood there, looking utterly adorable in his oversized hoodie and pajama shorts. His eyes widened in disbelief, and for a moment, it felt like time had frozen.

"Jake?" Jungwon blinked, as if trying to comprehend the sight before him.

"Surprise!" Jake beamed, his heart racing as he took in Jungwon's shocked expression.

"What are you doing here?" Jungwon stammered, glancing around as if expecting someone else to jump out and reveal that this was all a prank. "You just... you just left!"

"I know, but I couldn't stay away," Jake replied, stepping closer. "I realized that I don't want to just be a part of your life from a distance. I want to be here with you—like, really here."

Jungwon's mouth opened slightly, and for a moment, he seemed speechless. Then, his surprise melted into a radiant smile that lit up his face. "You're moving here? With me?"

"Absolutely," Jake said, his voice firm with conviction. "I want to make this work, Jungwon. I want to be with you."

In a flash, Jungwon closed the distance between them, throwing his arms around Jake's neck, pulling him into a tight embrace. Jake wrapped his arms around Jungwon, relishing the warmth and familiarity of the man he had missed so much.
