At medical school, Shun made two friends, Cleo and Joaquim, they are great friends even during the break, a lot has changed at medical school and Shun is still the same old boy... And he will soon turn 22 years old on September 9th... And Shun is becoming a real man, even though he is in medical school, he can even overcome the age difference... But the only thing he really wants to feel more present is with the return of his older brother, Ikki, who Shun swore he believed Ikki had been dead for almost three years and that Ikki is now alive... Shun believed that seeing his older brother closer... But, to his sad reality, Ikki, a Leo man, doesn't remember anyone and doesn't recognize anyone, not even his own younger brother, Shun...
