today was my first day back at school. sure i was happy in a way i mean it's a fresh start. but honestly i was nervous more than anything.
"georgia come on your going to be late on your first day" her mother shouts"okay coming" i yell.
i quickly ran down the stairs and chucked my black dirty converse and rushed out the door.
thought swarmed my head. what if i can't make any friends, what if humiliate myself and everyone makes fun of me. i continued to walk to school, considering anything that could possibly go wrong today.

if you couldn't tell already georgia is a big over thinker. everyday activity's are never simple for her, she would consistently dwell on the same thoughts or situation over and over till the point that it disrupts her life.

i had now been walking for roughly 10 minutes and finally reached school. i walked through the door and all eyes were on me. everyone started whispering but i tried to ignore them just keeping my head low.
i keep walking trying to find my way to the principals office until i bumped into someone.
"oh shit, sorry" i apologised "hey watch where your going dipshit" the boy spoke. i looked up to see a muscular boy who looked around my age with blonde curly hair. i continued to walk away, sparing myself from any more embarrassment.
i saw a young girl standing with two older boys who looked friendly so i decided to go over to them and ask where the office was as i had no idea and i didn't want to be too late to my first lesson.
"hey do you guys happen to know where the principles office is" i asked "yeah it's up the stairs and the third door on the left" the younger girl answered "hey are you new round here, iv here before" she questioned "uh yeah i just moved here from arizona" i replied "oh nice, my names gwen by the way, this is my older brother finney and his best friend robin" she spoke " hi, i'm georgia" "hey" both the boys said in sync "anyway iv got to go thank for the help" i said "okay see you soon georgia" gwen waved.
i had left the group and continued walking to the office, remembering the directions that gwen had told me. i nocked on the door and waited for someone to answer. "come in" i heard a voice say from the inside "oh hello, you must be georgia" "yeah that's right" i replied "i'm principal keller, here's your timetable with all of your lessons and teachers on, don't be afraid to ask for help if you ever need anything and i hope you have a great time at our school" she smiled "thank you" i stated.
maybe this school year wouldn't be so bad after all.
