three|| we need a new racer

"I have my license" I state, looking at her questioningly

"You can drive us" she says handing me the keys as we make our way out into the car park, as we approach her car she tells me to unlock the car, I do just that.

"Get in, I'll direct you" she says walking over to the passenger side of the car and jumps in the seat. It's been a while since I've been behind the wheel of a car. I pull open the door, and slide in. I run my hands over the wheel, feeling a nice thrill. I start the engine and pull out of the parking lot. "Just down this road and take a left" Dylan instructs.

I follow her instructions and drive down the road. Smiling as the car purrs around me.
"This is a gorgeous car Dylan" I say clutching the wheel tightly.

"What car do you have" Dylan questions

"Don't have one" I sigh glumly. After my fathers death, my mother,Darren and I packed up and left.

"Wait! Wait that's the exit" she shouts all of a sudden, pointing at the exit about two metres in front of us. The speed the car is doing we'd pass it. I curve the wheel to the right and make a sharp left. We skid into the road.
"Oh my god" Dylan shouts. I see her gripping her seat, from the corner of my eye. I stable the car and continue driving along the road.
"That was fucking amazing" she exclaims panting.

I just shrug, I don't want to talk about and I think she realises that with my expression. So she informs me on the other directions. The rest of the car ride is silent. I pull up, and park swiftly beside a green Nissan. They place is packed. Dylan and I step out the car,
"Niall" Dylan yells running over to a guy wrapping her arms around him. I'm guessing that's her boyfriend.

"I see you brought the newbie" the rude guy from yesterday walk up to me "I'm Harry"

"Madison" I roll my eyes at him

"Hey Harry, mate Jace is out of the race" Niall says to Harry. His shoulders tense and he balls his fists at his sides. I guess things aren't quite going his way.

"Well then" he sighs pushing back his unruly hair out of his face "we need a new racer" he paces back and forth in front of me. Why is he still here. He could have went back to his car.

"I known someone" Dylan squeals, smirking at me. Oh no. No she wouldn't. She better not "Maddie can race" yep she did. Harry stops pacing and looks back at me laughing.

"You race do ya?" He questions looking me up and down, bringing his bottom lip between his teeth trying to hold back a smirk forming on his lips.

"No" I shake my head, taking a few steps back. He follows me shaking his head an waving a finger in my face.

"You're lying" he laughs "don't lie to me princess" he says through his teeth.

"Fine, yeah i race" I shrug

"Good, Liam give her your keys she'll take your car" he says walking away from me as another guys come up to me and thrusts his keys in my hand, and pointing to a car which is obviously his. "Okay so we start here, go over the bridge through the main road, down the dirt road and we finish off back here" Harry informs me and I nod.

I put the keys in the ignition and start the car as does everyone else. I'm at the back which is good, I'll just let everyone else battle each other then when I can sneak past and in front. That's my plan. I look up to see Dylan walking to the front of the cars taking her shirt off leaving her in a crop top with half her bra and her tattoos showing. I don't think she cared, such is what I like about her so far.

She looked at me and smiled.
"Ready? Set, GO!" She yelled waving her shirt around signalling for us to go.

My car shot forward tailing behind the other drivers ramming into each other. I see a space in front and passed through it with ease. Speeding along the road and over the bridge. I saw that there was a roundabout coming up before the dirt road. I sped up then pulled the handbrake, turning the wheel drifting nice and smoothly around the roundabout, continuing along to the dirt road.

I could see Harry's car in front but decided on letting him win and come in second. As I near end of the road and see the gates -to where we started- coming up fast. I sped up again. Driving right behind Harry's car and crossing the 'finish line' in second place. I pulled the handbrake again, drifting into a perfect parallel space next to Harry. Who of course was smirking at me as I stepped out of the car the car throwing the keys back to Liam, I think his name was.

"Well, I never knew you were so good princess" he smirked I rolled my eyes walking away.

"Hey Maddie, the was awesome" Dylan said patting my back, Niall agreeing with her.

"Thanks, but can we go now, please" I beg, she nods handing me the keys to her car as she kissed Niall goodbye and follows me. The car ride back consisted of small talk about bands, cars and Dylan and Niall's relationship.

When we get back to the dorm I give Dylan her keys back and throw myself on the bed. It's only 11:30 I'm gonna have a walk around campus or maybe grab some coffee. I tell Dylan that I'm going out and i leave the dorm room.

I don't really know what to put here so yeah but here's the new update I'll post the next chapter when I can please vote/comment/ follow Thankyou...

This book is gonna be confusing at the start but it will make more sense during the course of the book (hopefully)
