Gauri and Pooja left the house that evening, entirely wrapped up in their plans and excitement for Aryan and Nandini's future. Both mothers had always dreamed of seeing their children together, and now, they were busy setting things in motion, completely oblivious to the growing tension between the two. They didn't notice how Nandini was deliberately keeping her distance from Aryan or how Aryan's gaze lingered on her, burning with unresolved emotions.

Nandini had done her best to keep her mind off the previous night. She threw herself into spending time with little AbRam, playing games with him, indulging in his innocent joy. AbRam, with his energy and laughter, provided the perfect distraction, and for a few moments, she found herself smiling genuinely, forgetting the turmoil inside her.

Breakfast and lunch passed in relative calm. Nandini chatted normally, talking about casual things, carefully steering clear of any topic that might stir uncomfortable memories. But there was always that underlying current, a tension she couldn't quite shake off. Aryan, on the other hand, remained mostly quiet. His silence wasn't unusual—he had always been a man of few words—but there was something different about it today. His eyes said what his mouth didn't, and Nandini could feel them on her, like they were searching for answers she wasn't ready to give.

Shah Rukh, meanwhile, was watching his son closely. As a father, he had always been tuned in to his children's moods, and he could tell something wasn't right with Aryan. The same way Aryan was quiet now, Shah Rukh had seen that same quietness in his own reflection at times—moments of holding back, moments of internal struggle. And today, Aryan looked like he was caught in one of those moments.

Shah Rukh decided he'd talk to Aryan later in the evening. He wasn't going to push him, but he knew when his son needed him. After all, they weren't just father and son—they were friends. He had promised Aryan he would always be there whenever he needed someone, and now, it looked like Aryan needed that shoulder, whether he admitted it or not.

As the day wore on and the sun began to set, the house felt quieter, even though nothing seemed amiss on the surface. But beneath that stillness, something was brewing—something only a father could sense. Shah Rukh had been through his own share of struggles, and he recognized the signs. Tonight, he'd have that conversation with Aryan, and maybe, just maybe, it would help his son make sense of what he was going through.

SRK: "Aryan, what's on your mind? I can see something's weighing heavy on you."

(Aryan sits quietly, staring at his hands. He's been holding everything in for so long that even now, words feel like stones stuck in his throat. But his father's voice has a way of drawing the truth out of him.)
