The Final Duel: A Lego Movie Story

Betrayal within Evil

The night had reached its peak. The cold weather, the dark sky, the lingering feeling of despair and fear, truly a place of terror befalling in this forgotten fortress in a secluded galaxy far east of Syspocalypstar.

Louis Night, the recently fallen prince and now villain, stares down to his master, simply known as the Emperor and the Red Xylen. A being of pure and total evil, one thing all people may agree on. Having decided to rest after a victory celebration, the being had turned in before the next day would come.

The day was coming, the grand plan was put into place, and the universe would soon be his, alongside his new ally of the youngest Prince of Noctis.

The Universal Alliance was in the course of a new election, one determining the new galaxy kingdom that would take the mantle of leading the alliance. This included the vast majority of galaxies all across the universe, including Solis, Brightel, Noctis, and even Syspocalypstar itself. Because of this, the Emperor and Louis conceived a contingency to the "Grand Plan", a plan spanning back thousands of years, created by this very same Red Xylen Emperor, before his supposed destruction.

This phase of the grand plan, to eventually take control of and rule the entire universe, included installing a puppet in whichever kingdom or nation would win the election and take leadership of the Alliance. An effort both were committed to accomplish.

Syspocalypstar was the obvious winner, as it was beloved as a kingdom and home of joy, compassion, and freedom. However, Louis had failed in ruling it twice. Once with his magic, and again with a failed coup alongside a cult group to free him. However, this third attempt to subtlety influence the several royals of Syspocalypstar may very well be in the villains' favor.

It would take several years to allow the grand plan to be put into motion once more, but these beings were more than ready to achieve their ambitions and vengeance.

Louis and the Red Xylen continue in an elaborate celebration, drinking expensive wine and enjoying an opera setting, whilst discussing important events. They plan to reveal the Emperor's presence to the universe within the coming years, and to influence many affairs to shift everything into chaos, for him to rise and control it all in the end.

Together, he and Louis Night would rule. Although the Red Xylen did not seem to enjoy leading equally with a 'lesser' being such as a human, he at the very least was impressed by the Prince's resolve. Worthy of a Green Xylen's energy if he could become one.

Which leads him to his final act, to rebuild the ancient Xylen Empire as the sole command of all life, with him, the Red Xylen, as the one true Emperor once again. After five millenia, his throne would be restored, and his arch rival was no longer here to stop him.

With his experiments to cheat death and conquer life itself, he would prolong his will for eternity, and allow Louis a share in the glory to follow.

This was set in stone to the Xylen, however, Louis seemed to have different ideas.

As they continued speaking together, they allowed the celebration to carry itself away, consuming more wine.

"A glass of victory," Said Louis, "To the thousands of years of brilliant planning and execution on your part, your Majesty."

"Tomorrow, we shall inherit a new meaning, to the ideals of evil and its final contingencies." Responds the Emperor.

"Only you could have brought this to fruition, Red Xylen. I shall live up to your expectations to the best of my abilities, to fulfill my destiny."

"...With my guidance, you will soon be leveled to a position to initiate the final act, of the Grand Plan..."

The two finish with final discussions of what to achieve next for the coming years in secret, whilst still eating and drinking, more and more, much to the surprise of Louis to see the Emperor consume such large quantities of wine.
