The Final Girl

Chapter one: The Start

Chaewon is grabbing her school bag and her gym bag and is out the door. She starts walking, making her way to school as she didn't live that far from the school. She waves hello to some neighbors that are out and they greet her in return.

She hums a song that's been stuck in her head for a while, she feels the autumn breeze pass her and she smiles, remembering that it's fall now, it's finally October.

She likes October, the leaves changing color to red, orange, and yellow. The autumn breeze, making you want to dress warmer and fashionable at the same time. The drinks and desserts. But her most favorite would have to be Halloween.

She smiles as she remembers last year how her and her friends went to a Halloween party and had fun, she wonders what they're gonna do this year.

She saw the school coming into view and smiled, walking a bit faster, wanting to see her friends already.

As she enter the school, she was greeted with the hallway being crowded as students were chatting and walking towards their class. Chaewon went to her locker to put away her gym bag as she had cheer practice later. She suddenly felt someone creeping up behind her and she quickly turned to see her two closest friends.

"Hey, Zuha, Kkura!" Chaewon greeted with a smile and opened her arms to hug them both.

Both girls smiled at Chaewon and hugged her. They let go and Sakura shook her head, putting her hands on her hips. "How do you do that? You can always tell when someone is coming up to you?"

Chaewon smiled as she put her finger to her mouth. "Secret," and she winked. Kazuha laughed at her friend, while Sakura rolled her eyes and nodded. "Alright, well we came to tell you that there's going to be a party tomorrow and we're totally going."

Chaewon grin as she nodded. "Cool! Who's throwing the party?"

"Yeji. Told us the party starts at 7 but we can come earlier if we want since we're friends." Kazuha grin.

Chaewon nodded and closed her locker as the girls now made their way to class.

As they entered, each one went to their seats and chatted a bit before classes started. Chaewon was laughing when she saw movement on her left and turned to look at Yunjin sitting down a seat away from her. Both girls looked at each other and Yunjin smiled and send her a small wave.

Chaewon gave her a small smile and a wave back and turned back to chat with her friends.

Now, Chaewon isn't that much of a believer in rumors but she has heard some people talk about Yunjin and to be cautious of her. Saying that's she gives off the a mystery vibe, almost like a thrill. And to not mess with her, especially in never making her mad, they say that her eyes turn almost black and she smiles but almost like a sinister smile that scares people.

But those are rumors and Chaewon doesn't believe in those, the times she's interacted with Yunjin she's been the sweetest girl. Yeah she's shy but she hasn't giving any weird or scary vibe from the girl. Which proves that rumor will always be rumors and so she decided to ignore them.

Class soon started as the teacher walked in.

And that's how the rest of the school day went, attend classes, talk to her friends. Waiting for school to be over so they can go to the gym and practice for the cheer team.

As the final bell rang, announcing that school is finally over. Chaewon smiled and quickly made her way to her locker, getting her gym bag out and headed towards the gym, where her friends were at.

As she was making her way there, she saw Yeonjun look her way and knew right away that the boy was going to bother her again.

She rolled her eyes as she felt his presence.  "How's my favorite girl?"
