𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆: After you and Jordan's break up, neither of you are doing well, so what happens when you run into each other again

𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀: break ups, swearing, crying

I walked into my bathroom and stared at my reflection in the mirror. My eyes were red and puffy, and my cheeks were tear stained. I knew it was wrong to still not have moved on after 2 months, but everything reminded me of him, so most nights I lay awake in bed as my mind drifted to when it happened. The screaming, the crying, and eventually, Jordan leaving. I felt fresh tears burning my eyes as I thought about it, but shook my head, not letting them fall. I looked down from the mirror and left the room, walking into my bedroom. I decided that I needed to distract myself, and the best way to do that was to leave the house. I changed out of my hoodie and shorts, pulling on a white tube top and cargo jeans. I grabbed my purse, phone and my keys and walked out to my car, getting in. I started driving and decided that I needed to treat myself, so I'd go shopping. Once I arrived at the mall I drove into a car park, grabbed my stuff and got out, locking the car. I walked into the mall and started looking around. After standing there for a minute, I walked over to a coffee shop to get a drink. I walked up to the counter and greeted the waitress. "Hi, what would you like?" "Can I just get an iced latte please" I paid for my coffee and grabbed it once it was finished. I walked out of the coffee shop and looked for a seat sit at, when I saw Reece walking with Leila. She saw me and her face lit up. "Y/N!" She squealed and ran over to me. Reece saw me and smiled as I picked her up. "Hi Y/N" he waved at me. "Hi Ree-" I immediately stopped talking and the smile on my face disappeared when I saw Jordan standing with Patty, obviously trying to find Reece and Leila in the crowd of people. Jordan looked over to me and Reece talking and made eye contact with me. His face dropped and he looked down at the ground. Reece followed my eyes to where I was looking and his expression changed, a look of sympathy making its way onto his face. I looked down at my feet and put Leila back down onto the ground as I stood up. "I should probably go" Reece smiled sadly at me as I stood up to leave. Once i was out of sight, I let the tears that had rimmed my eyes fall. I quickly ran to my car and got in, letting out a loud sob as soon as I got in. I started my car and drove home as quick as I could. Once i had got home, I got out of my car and ran into my house, slamming the door shut as I ran to my bedroom. I got into bed and let all my tears fall. After all my tears dried, I decided I should get some sleep, but just as I was about to fall asleep, I heard my phone vibrate. I looked at it and saw a message from Jordan. I opened it.

I sighed, but deep down I knew that there was no point in Telling him no, it wouldn't stop. I couldn't be bothered to change my clothes or do my makeup so instead I just waited in bed until I heard a car pull up outside my house. I looked out the window and saw Jordan getting out of Reece's car. He walked up the path to my door and opened it. "Y/N?" I could hear in his voice that he had been crying. I got out of bed and walked out to the door, my heart breaking when I saw him standing there, looking down at the ground. He looked up and I noticed that his usual infectious smile was gone, and it broke my heart. "Y/N, I-" he looked back at his feet. "I love you I'm sorry"
