Possible future story ideas

Story Idea 3

When (name to be decided) was 13, there was an incident that changed her. She was walking home from a friends place late one night when she was dragged in to an alleyway. Thankfully she was saved by some strangers. She never saw their faces, she was too busy cowering away crying at what almost happened. All she knows is that there was a lot of growling and snarling before it went quiet and she was lifted into some strong arms, who, after she finally managed to tell them her address, took her home. After a few weeks of crying and being terrified all the time, she decided she wasn't going to let this get to her any more. In fact, she was going to be better, tougher, stronger. She started training, but training in it's self wasn't enough. She took to street/underground fighting and goes by the name of Mercy. But no one knows. She makes sure to always keep her features hidden when fighting. Her friends and family all just think that she has recovered from what happened and gone back to being the girl she was before.

How has she hidden it for 5 years? Well she has 2 lives of course. No not your typical hidden nerd type life. That wouldn't let her be invisible. Instead, she is just your normal teenager. Just another girl in class at school with her little group of friends. That, and she has become a make-up expert with the bruises she has to cover.

Kyson Keller will take over as Alpha of his fathers pack when he turns 21. He is currently 19 and in his last year of high school. It's common for werewolves to take longer to finish school. Especially Alpha's as they often are away on pack business. Unlike all the stories where you can tell your mate by their scent, it's not true. Sure their scent is sweeter and more alluring to you, but then some human and werefemales just have a more attractive scent anyway. So it's a clue, but not the sign. Instead you have to look in their eyes and then touch them to confirm. Kyson is still waiting to find his mate. And while he will happily make out with random girls - he is seen as the bad boy after all and needs to keep up his reputation, he makes sure to never take them to bed. He has never even been tempted to, to be honest. He only wants his mate. 

Kyson was there that night. It was he and his father that saved her. She is one of the ones whose scent is naturally more enticing, and some rogues had got on to his land a noticed. Kyson was the one to lift her up and carry her home. He didn't see her at school for a few weeks and was starting to worry, but relaxed when she came back to school and seemed to be ok. He has always kept an eye on her in school to make sure she really was ok, and his father has increased patrols around the city to keep others like her safe. 

5 years later and Kyson is still watching her. It doesn't hurt that she is absolutely gorgeous - and he isn't the only male who has noticed either. But she is completely oblivious, still believing she is invisible. One day, he sees her reaching up for something high up on a shelf while at the supermarket, but before he can go offer to help her get it, her top rises and he notices a bruise. Before he can stop himself, he storms over to her grabbing her arm and demanding to know who hurt her. As she looks up and meets his eyes, the spark of the mate bond ignites. 

What all the stories have got right, is how possessive and obsessive Alpha's are of their mate and their safety. So how will he handle a mate who street fights and refuses to stop just because the bad boy claims she belongs to him? And what will he do when he goes on the underground fight patrol (there is always someone to make sure no werewolf fights as it would make it an unfair fight for the humans) and not only finds out her secret, but finds that there is another Alpha-in-waiting who has also taken notice of her?
