Always on the move,everyone depending on you,

SO many times they have been due.

For someone to listen to you for a change, help you to cope,

Holding it all in, riding down a deep slope.

A slope that never seems to end,

you have No one to put you on the mend.

Until you realise,you have yourself!

So you stop letting people put pressure on you,

Listen to yourself,it really is over due.

You can help them much better once you are sorted out,

And really,a happy life is what it's all about!
