"She's beautiful." I mutter.
"Do you feel her light?" Lucifer calls.
"Yes." I say.
It feels warm. It feels amazing. Then... a darkness seeps in.
"Mhmmm..." I mutter.
"See the darkness. See what Aaravos will do." Lucifer says.
I turn. I see his figure. His hands reach for me.
"Run." Lucifer says.
I turn. I can't move. There was something gripping my legs.
"Help! Help!" I scream through the darkness.
I feel pain. Pain in my legs. Pain in my chest. I see Aaravos looming over me. Stop! I can feel no voice. I fall to my knees. The ground feels like it's sinking. It breaks and I fall. I see the light fading. I hear her scream.
"Rayla!" I open my eyes and gasp in the air.
"If you want to keep her alive, you must defeat Aaravos. The Heavens will be destroyed." He says.
"What will remain after I do all that?" I ask.
"I don't know." Lucifer asks.
"Oh... that's helpful." I say.
"Why is it your concern if the heavens should live or die?" Lucifer asks.
"Because the world is infected with it. The heavens wrap us in their embrace." I say.
"It will be the thing that ends you, all of you." Lucifer says.
