The moment the sun rays hit my face, I had the feeling that something was wrong but I couldn't place a finger on it. I turned around to hug my baby only to feel the cold bedside. I raised my body up and looked around the room but I couldn't see him. Where was he?

I entered the bathroom and washed my face, brushed my teeth and then came out. I changed my t-shirt and left the room. I walked over to the kitchen but he wasn't there also. I hurriedly took the phone and called Mr Kang.

"Good morning, is Jaewoo with you?" There was a long pause after my question and with every second longer that he took to answer my question my heart felt like it would stop beating.

"Yes he's with me. It's just that he's a bit busy right now. Do you need anything from him? I can relay the message." My heart just wouldn't stop beating and the bad feeling that I felt when I woke up just intensified. I really couldn't understood. His father confirmed that he was okay so why did I feel like something bad happened to him.

"No it's okay. Just tell him to call me after he's done."

"Alright Michaels" And the call was dropped. That was weird. Mr Kang never called me Michaels.

I just shook my head and went to call my room. After I was done I got a call from Elena. She told me that she had found her mate and I was so excited for her. Her case was like mine. We all thought that she'd never find her mate so to hear her say she found her mate made me very happy.

I turned my head when I heard the door being opened. The Kang family walked in laughing but Jaewoo was not in sight.

"Did Jaewoo not come with you guys?" Everyone turned to look at me with confused faces.

"What do you mean he didn't come with us. He was never with us today" I could feel my chest closing. What the hell did they mean he wasn't with them?

"W-what do you mean by that? O-obviously h-he was with you. I called Mr Kang and he told me that Jaewoo was with you all and that he'd call me when h-he w-was done."

"Quinn I never had my phone with me the whole day. I never made a call to you. That would be impossible considering that I don't even know where my phone is."

That foreboding feeling came back and this time it came back stronger. Where was he?
