An (Extra)-Ordinary Adventure of Starla N Co Episode 4: Two from Other Dimension

Chapter 6

Starla, Holly and Rhys walked on the sidewalk, three of them walked away from Holly's house. Sometimes, Starla and Rhys peered and furrowed at each other, there's a hostility tension between eyes.

Holly glanced at them consecutively, causing both of them to look in the opposite direction.

"So, you've known each other for a long time, right?" Holly started the conversation.

The Princess sighed, she really doesn't want to join the conversation or even hear any talk of it either.

"Well, that's true. But we're no longer dating, maybe since 5 years ago. Wow, I just feel like it was yesterday." Rhys was the one who answered.

No words come out from Starla's mouth.

"Oh yeah, both of you used to be dating, I almost forgot about that fact," Holly nodded, "So, what have you done since you broke up with Starla?"

"I trained myself to become the best hitman amongst the dimension, heck. I even visited Earth long before I was trapped here right now, hehe..." Rhys chuckled.

Starla huffed after hearing the words from her ex-boyfriend, crossed her arm.

"You know, it's quite surprising that both of you still couldn't get along after what happened on the Pier, what's the obstacle you both have right now?" Holly asked.

"Starla still has trouble communicating with me, even though James tried his best to help us, especially Starla. Day by day, she's tried to avoid me. I hope we can get along, because it's been a long time since we broke up." The Demon furrowed.

The Princess clenched her hands and teeth at the same time, she even wanted to punch The Demon with her bare hand, but she eventually held it back by taking a deep breath.

Rhys and Holly stop chatting as they glanced at Starla because they heard her deep breath sound.

"Starla, are you ok?" Holly asked, she extended her left arm, tried to reach Starla's shoulder.

Starla catches Holly's arm gently before she even touches her shoulder.

"I'm fine, I'm fine." Starla smiled at them, trying to hide her anger.

The Demon's black void eyes could read her emotion, while Holly looked with a blank stare, but she eventually shrugged it off.

The Skater Girl turned to Rhys, she gave her skateboard to him, The Demon raised one of his eyebrows.

"Can you hold this for me? I mean make it disappear as you hold it." Holly asked.

"Oh, you want me to put it in my pocket dimension? Sure."

Holly's skateboard were disappear into thin air as Rhys grabbed it, Holly looks amazed by Rhys's 'trick'

Starla looked at them with disgust.

They're not talking anymore, keep walking on the sidewalk until both of them stop at the three-way junction, right before they're crossing. Holly grabbed their hand with both of her hands, causing Starla and Rhys startled, while Holly only smiled, not even looking at them both.

They walked at the road crossing, Holly kept walking without looking left and right, meanwhile Rhys's black void eyes watched the Benburg's clear sky with few electrical pole's cable come to decorate, while Starla's wine eyes watched at the stopped vehicle, from sedan, van, SUV and truck.

She could see the drivers and passengers watching her and her friends crossing the road, some of them pulled out their phones and took pictures of The Princess and her friends, she didn't care about it.

Three of them finally reached another side of the sidewalk, the vehicle on the road started to sped up, a cloud of smoke came out from the vehicle's exhaust, Starla and Holly coughed. While Rhys doesn't react with the smoke.

Later they continue to walk again.

"Holly, is there any particular place you want us to stop? I mean, we couldn't walk like this nonstop, heck. Sometimes we should stop to eat and drink." Starla spokes out.

Holly turned at The Princess, "I actually still have no idea yet, but i hope we could find something interesting around us,"

"Is there any plaza or mall somewhere else in Benburg?" Rhys asked. "If so, I hope there's an arcade machine or even better arcade zone to have fun,"

"Oh yeah? Is it just for your fun or all of us fun?"

"All of us of course,"

"Do you even know about arcade games?"

"I do, Holly. Every dimension has those things, I loved to play arcade games when I was just ten." Rhys gives a wide smile.

"I hope you're not boasting about that, but remember. I don't want both of you playing competitive games because you will fighting each other eventually. Understand?"

"Yeah..." Both Starla and Rhys answered softly.

"Anyway, are there any interesting places you've ever visited?" Starla asked, to remain calm.

"There's a place called 'Little Thailand', A community of Thai people living together and having a Thai food restaurant and general business. They even offered Thai language lessons as well. It was Jenny's favorite place to visit, she even invited me to go there," Holly answered.

"Are the places quite far from here?" Rhys was the one that asked.

"Yes it is, so. I don't think there's a chance we would go there." Holly shrugged.

Everyone didn't speak again, and kept walking as usual. Starla forgets that Holly still holds her hand, including Rhys as well, she wanted to lose her grip from The Skater Girl, but she grabbed her hand more firmly.

"Don't go anywhere, Starla. Even if you have been staying in Benburg for quite some time, there's a chance that you'll still get lost."

Starla groaned, she tried to not look at her hand being held by Holly.
