Once we get home everyone was sitting at living room. I hope they don't think of me as some dramatic fool. Which I was just few minutes ago. But fir bhi.

"What are you doing here?" Ekaansh's mom asked.

"Whohh! Mein..... " I trailed off.

"I'm not asking you." She cut me off in stern voice. I doubt she is the same lady who is nothing but sweetheart.

"Mom! Where will I go this is my home." Ekaansh said in boring tone.

"No, this is not. I'll disown you if you do something like that again. Can't you do a thing properly. Look how she is looking so pale. All this because of you. I don't know what her problem is, but I'm sure you will be the reason. So get this straight in your head. If I came to know that you troubled her even for second then you will be out of my home with nothing in your hand." She completed and everyone nodded.

This is so overwhelming. They are taking my side without even knowing whose fault it was. That to against his own son.

Suddenly I started getting emotional. Tears started flowing from my eyes. I literally start sobbing. And nothing is more annoying then this tears. Before I can tell them...

"Look, how badly you made her cry, Ekaansh!" His Choti maa said.

His mom came to me and said lovingly patting my head. "What happened? Bachhe. Won't you tell your mom what my good for nothing son did to you?"

I shook my head.

"He didn't... Anything.. I'm sorry. I overreacted." I said.

"Why are you sorry for expressing yourself? You have a right to do it." Again she said.

"And you!" She said twisting Ekaansh's ear.

"If you dare to hurt my daughter again. I won't leave you." She said.

"Mom! Leave my ear. It's hurting." Ekaansh whined like small kid.

"It was meant to hurt. That's the whole purpose of twisting your ear." She sassed.

What? Mother in law hnnn? My subconsciousness again mocked.

Ohh just shut up!

"And you!" She again changed her tone from sweet to stern. Looking at me she completed.. "This is the first time so I'm letting you aside. Don't you dare to do things like this again. If My son was troubling you than you should have trouble him, you should have come to me complaining about him. You shouldn't just make your self miserable like this."

I nodded. Still sobbing. Don't know why but I couldn't just control myself.

"I'm sorry." I said hanging my head low.

Before anyone can tell anything we all heard rapid footsteps. Soon hall echoed with Atharva's voice. He screamed "Mumma!" And My both babies run to me.

I hugged them tight.

"Where were you mumma! We were missing you." Atharva said. And Saanvi nodded.
