Rika's face turned pale as she looked at Jungkook in disbelief, and she began to walkaway. But his next words brought her a sense of relief.
Jungkook: We're a thing now, but as the best group mates, Jungkook said with a smile. Yesterday, I showed Mrs. Kang our project, and she was really impressed. So, I think we're pretty great together as group mates. Then, noticing Rika leaving her seat in hurry, Jungkook asked
Jungkook: Were you heading somewhere?
Rika: To the cafeteria. She replied.
Jungkook- Let me treat you to something delicious.
Jungkook offered warmly.
Rika: There is no need for it.
Jungkook: Just keep your mouth shut and come with me. By the way today's special is tteokbokki.

Rika ignored Jungkook's words and quietly picked up the salad box, the cheapest option available. She sat alone, opening it, determined to keep things simple.
Meanwhile, Jungkook bought two tteokbokki meal boxes along with two bottles of banana milk. He walked over to where Rika was sitting and, without warning, snatched her salad box away. Casually, he placed it onto one of his friend's trays, shooting his friend a sharp glare that said.
Jungkook: Eat it without any complaints.
Jungkook: Now, sweetheart. Jungkook said with a playful grin.
Jungkook: For today, you'll eat this meal box because I accidentally bought an extra one.
Rika began to protest, but Jungkook, feigning disinterest, simply leaned back as though the matter was already settled. Rika stared at him blankly for a moment, then sighed in defeat. She finally gave in, picking up the meal box and starting to eat, realizing there was no winning with him today.
From that moment, they found themselves genuinely complimenting and supporting each other. Jungkook felt content, realizing that Rika wasn't like the others she wasn't drawn to him for his money, power, or looks. She genuinely enjoyed his company and worked alongside him with sincerity.
Despite the initial wave of mean gossip circulating about her in university, Rika paid it no mind. Over time, the rumors began to fade, largely due to Jungkook's quiet intervention something that went completely unnoticed by our dear Rika.
