A few weeks had passed since Reece and Mia got back together again and Mia never felt more lonely. Yes they were a couple, but there weren't in love. The sex was good, but it was only because Mia always brought girls in the mix.
That friday morning she was alone in the office and was happy about it. Reece was a manager's seminar with some other managers from different nursery in the area. She could use the peace and quiet to finish some paperwork since she had fallen a bit behind. She was deep in her tought when she heard Reece come in. She looked at the time and gave him a puzzled look.
''You're back early''
She said while looking at him. Reece cleared his voice and gave her a strange look. She knew him well enough to know that something was up.
''Fess up Reece what is it?''
''We'll hmm...''
He scratched his head and kept looking down.
''I'm done Mia, I can't do this anymore Mia, i'm breaking up with you''
''YOU WHAT?''
She screamed while jumping out of her seat, she wasn't expecting that. A small part of her was relieved because she could now concentrate on Charlotte, but without being in a relationship with Reece she had nothing to offer Roger.
''You're leaving me for Marjorie right?''
She snarled at him. He looked away and she knew she was right. A wave of anger suddenly rushed in her and she grabbed the first thing she could find and threw it towards Reece, thankfully for him it missed and the stapler lodged itself in the wall. She grabbed her phone, and her purse and rushed out of the office, she could hear Reece calling her.
Once she was outisde she looked around, making sure she was alone before letting out a frustrated scream. She couldn't believe this was happening again. What was she going to say to Roger? She got in her car to try and calm down. Her head was spinning, then she had an idea... she was going to go pay a little visit to Marjorie at the other nursery.
The drive between the nursery was only a couple of minutes, not enough for her to calm down completly. She drove in the car park and couldn't help but put her foot down on the accelerator when she saw Marjorie's car. She drove right into it, crushing it to bits.
When she got out of the car to look at her mess she saw Charlotte and Carly looking at her throught the staff window. She was tempted to smile at the ginger girl but stopped herself just before she did it. She had a Marjorie problem to deal with.

A few hours later.
''Amelia Roberts? Someone paid your bail, you are free to go.''
Said the police officer while opening the cell door. Mia looked up from where she was sitting and got up. She didn't need to ask who bailed her out, she already knew and she also knew she was in for a world of anger... She took all of her belongings and went out the front door of the station. The second she saw Roger waiting for her by his car she knew she was in trouble.
''You know, I'm really getting tired of bailing you out. Get in.''
Roger said while snapping at her. She got in the car and didn't dare to look at him, so she looked out the window without saying a word. Roger started the car and drove off.
They drove for a few minutes before Roger pulled over in an empty parking lot. He stopped the car and got out. Mia didn't know what to do so she stayed put. Roger circled the car to get to Mia's side. He oppened her door and before she could do anything her pulled her out of the car by the hair and threw her down on the floor.
''You stupid girl! You really can't do anything right!'' He yelled before kicking her in the stomach. The redhead bit down on her lip to keep herself from groaning in pain. She didn't want to give him that satisfaction.
A few seconds passed before Roger pulled her back up and slammed her against the hood of the car.
''I'm sorry''
She said still catching her breath. In every other situation she would've defended herself and hit back. Mia wasn't one to shy away from a good fight but with him it was best to just take it and wait for it to be over.
''What is it I hear that he left you for Marjorie? You were supposed to stop that from happening!''
''I can't keep him against his will.'' Mia said harshly.
She was about to say something else when Roger slapped her. Her head was spinning, she still had a headache from the fall that she took back at the nursery when Winter slammed the door against her and that slap brought it right back.
''I'll find some other way to keep Autumn and Reece apart, I have more tricks up my sleeves.''
''You better! Or you are going to regret this!''
Roger shoved her once more on the ground before getting back in his car and driving away, leaving the redhead stranded.
