(TW: MENTIONS OF BLOOD, SUICIDE, AND MENTAL ILLNESS!!)
Ember, Blaze and Maria were out, taking a walk and buying some stuff they needed. Blaze and Maria were talking about the sea and what it was like, but Ember wasn't listening. She was zoned out, her head facing the floor. Her thoughts were nothing, just.... voices. They were just saying the same phrase. "DOWNLOAD A FIREWALL WHILE YOU CAN" It was repeating it over, and over, and over. Nothing was going on but that phrase. What did it mean?
"Ember?"
Did it mean something bad was on it's way-
"Ember??"
Why was that phrase repeating itself-
"EMBER!!"

"Huh? Sorry, I'm just... not feeling like myself. I just have.. a headache.. Yeah, a headache" Ember told Blaze, reassuring her that she was fine. Blaze didn't buy it, not for a second
"Nah, something's wrong. I'm calling Eclipse" Blaze said as she grabbed her phone and dialed Eclipse
"I'm fine Blaze. I'm gonna go to a nearby store to go to the bathroom to clean myself up" Ember stated and went to a little shop. Blaze felt suspicion crawling on her scales and up her spine, but Maria told her that Ember would've told them if something was wrong
Ember went to the bathroom and looked at herself in the mirror when she saw... blood dripping from her screen? She slowly reached her hand to touch it and when she got a closer look to it, it was red, not oil spillage. She shocked her to her core
"B-blood? I haven't bled in a long time before..." She couldn't utter to finish her sentence, she would never, ever, speak about what made her into what she is now. She shocked it off and wiped it off before leaving the place. When she left, Eclipse grabbed her face and checked her
"Em, Blaze called me and said something was wrong with you. Is it a virus? Overheating? Bug in your data? Thinking of killing yourself? WHAT IS IT!?!?" Eclipse stated, scanning Ember's screen for any signs of one off little thing about her
"I'm fine, babe. I'm okay" Ember told her. But truth to be told, something was wrong with her. Ember felt like she was getting a bug (flu) or a virus, but knowing Eclipse, she'll wrap her in a burrito in blankets or force her to download a firewall
"Okayyyy, but I'm gonna hang out with you guys now, because I don't fully believe you yet" Eclipse said, letting go of her robotic girlfriend and walking with them
Ember's thoughts were focused on why she was bleeding actual blood, she thought she could only bleed oil, but today, it proved her wrong...
