In our country, for many years, there has been a tradition to store obsolete or unused models of equipment, including weapons, in warehouses. For example, the tsar's cannons hidden in warehouses played an important role in the defense of Moscow, and Kalashnikov assault rifles are still in service in many countries around the world.
However, recently there has been a tendency to upgrade older models to meet modern requirements. But sometimes it happens that the upgraded equipment turns out to be better than modern analogues, or it cannot be used for other tasks than the main one, and you don't want to dispose of it. In such cases, it is sent to warehouses for long-term or temporary storage.
Recently, one of these warehouses brought a new batch of equipment for the conservation. This batch was special: more secure and small - only about two dozen units of various vehicles. Her features could be seen in the folds of the tarp that was laid over her like a blanket for a long sleep.
Judging by the documents lying on the desk of the base commander, all the equipment from this batch should be kept in a secret (or just very well guarded) zone until the command from the top to deconservate is received. But will the technology that served its creators faithfully wait in the wings, or will it remain forever forgotten and unnecessary? Only time will tell...
