Y/N POV

Sitting on the team bus, I felt a mix of excitement and nerves building up inside me. Today was different—this was the last international game of the break, and for the first time, I'd be representing my country on home soil. There was something special about that, something that made my heart race just thinking about it.

As we pulled up to the stadium, I looked out the window and saw the familiar surroundings of the FC Seoul stadium. I had played here countless times before, but this time it felt bigger, more significant. This time, it wasn't just a club game. It was for my nation.

I stepped off the bus, taking in the atmosphere. Fans were already pouring into the stadium, waving flags, wearing jerseys, chanting their support. The energy in the air was palpable, and it only fueled my adrenaline. After checking in with the team staff, I headed to the locker room. As I sat down to change into my kit, I couldn't help but reflect on how far I'd come. Out of 23 players in this squad, here I was—a part of the South Korean national team, carrying the hopes and pride of over 50 million people. The thought was overwhelming, but it was also something I'd dreamed about for as long as I could remember.

Once I was suited up, I walked out to the pitch for warm-ups. The noise from the crowd was already deafening, and the stadium was starting to fill up with fans from all over the country. I spotted some familiar faces—friends, family, supporters who had followed me throughout my career. It was an incredible feeling to know that they were here to see me, to watch me represent Korea.

As I jogged across the field with Dohyun by my side, we exchanged a few passes, trying to loosen up and shake off the nerves. Even though we weren't starting the game, the anticipation was still there. I joined Kang In Lee for some drills, watching his effortless touches and movements. He was a star, one of the best players in the squad, and it was no secret that I'd likely come on when he was subbed off. But that didn't matter—I was just grateful to be here, to be part of this experience.

We finished the warm-ups and headed back to the locker room for the final team talk. The atmosphere was intense, but also focused. Everyone knew their role, and the manager reminded us of the importance of playing with pride. Representing the nation wasn't just about winning; it was about giving everything we had for the fans, for the country. It was a responsibility we all carried.

Soon enough, the starting 11 lined up, ready to take the field, while the rest of us—the bench players—headed to our seats. The roar from the crowd as the players walked onto the pitch was something I'd never forget. The national anthem played, and I could feel the weight of the occasion settle over me. There, on the other side of the pitch, stood the Chinese national team. This wasn't just a game; it was a moment of national pride, and I was a part of it.
