Has she given up? Not quite,
But hope’s a flicker, not a light.
She holds her sword, but it feels weak,
How long before she’s too tired to speak? She’s faced the battles, every one,
But now, the night has swallowed the sun.
Her strength, though bold, is wearing thin—
How long before the cracks begin?Yet still she stands, her head held high,
Dreaming of love, but questioning why.
She hasn’t given up, not yet—
But the weight of life, she can’t forget.
