No... it can’t be her... no, there's no chance." Tears began to stream down my face, each word caught in my throat, strangling the air from my lungs. The only thing I could muster, trembling, was, "If... if she really is her... then... then..." My voice cracked, barely audible now. "I want to stop time, take her with me—forever. Her eyes, her soft pink lips, her small face... and that honey-sweet voice."
I stepped closer, hand trembling as I reached out to touch her. My fingers almost brushed her skin when suddenly, a voice shattered the fragile moment.
"Hey, mister, do you know me?"
Her words hit me like a dagger, piercing deeper than I ever imagined.

The sun blazed in the sky, its harsh rays piercing my skin, almost unbearable. Why does it have to shine so brightly? If only it would dim and leave the city shrouded in darkness, where silence could finally reign. In that quiet, I could find peace. This world... it’s too loud, too crowded with voices that carry no truth. Every time I look at the people around me, I see masks—false faces hiding their real selves. Their smiles? Just tools of manipulation, empty and hollow, pretending to be something they’re not this world is a whole lie .
Author 's povSuddenly, a soft voice reached his ears, pulling his attention. He turned to see a girl sprinting towards the school, clearly in a rush.
"Please move aside... I'm late!" she called out breathlessly.
The moment he saw her, he couldn't tear his eyes away. There was something captivating about her—an innocent face, lit up with a soft smile. But, as always, her face was hidden behind a mask, like he always saw on peoples face making it impossible to see her fully. Yet, unlike the others he’d seen, hers was different. A rabbit mask.
She collided with him, stumbling slightly before apologizing. Her voice was sweet, like honey, melting into his ears and lingering.
