Dinner

-Marjorie and Autumn has been together for almost 2 years. They were so in love with each other, when their friends would walk in the office they would be staring at one another so deeply. -

-Autumn sat at her desk typing new forms to go in the classrooms, when Marjorie got to the door of the office after coming back from the restroom; she couldn't help but stare at her girlfriend. She loved Autumn more than words could describe, even after almost 2 years of being with her she still felt the butterflies and the warm feeling when she was near Autumn. -

-She was staring so deeply she didn't notice Autumn staring back trying to get her attention. -

"Marjorie? My sweet." Autumn said smiling

"I- Yes?" Marjorie said looking away embarrassed that she got caught once again.

"My sweet, how many times do I tell you not to feel embarrassed looking at me. I love when you stare at me. I still get the butterflies when you do. I love you." Autumn said looking at her beloved who was now sitting at her desk blushing

"I know you tell me so much. I also still get butterflies when you stare at me or even when you are near me. I love you too my love." Marjorie said smiling brightly.

"How about we go out tonight? We haven't in a while." Autumn said smiling, she knew tonight would be perfect to propose to her forever person.

"That sounds great Aut, it will be nice getting out for once." Marjorie said beaming with happiness.

"It will, make sure you dress nice. I'm taking you somewhere special." Autumn said smiling. She couldn't wait for tonight.

-A Few Hours go by-

-It was now 6:30 and the nursery has officially closed for the day. Autumn and Marjorie made their way to Autumn's car, so they head home to get ready for their night out... In the car Autumn placed her hand on Marjorie's thigh, making Marjorie have butterflies in her stomach. -

-At Home -

-Autumn went to open Marjorie's door and held her hand out. They walked to the door hand in hand smiling. After unlocking the door Marjorie went upstairs to get ready. -

-Marjorie wore a dark green velvet dress it hugged her curves so beautifully she looked stunning; with the dress she did a simple green makeup with a hint of gold glitter. She wore a pair of black heels, she put on a pair of gold hooped earrings to make the makeup. She opted to keep her the same from work just touched it up. While she was stood at the full body mirror, she felt hands on her waist when she looked up, she saw Autumn staring at her. -

"Well, hey you," Marjorie blushed 

"You look- wow. How did I get so damn lucky to be with such a goddess like you. You are so fucking stunning Marjorie." Autumn said looking her soon to be fiancé. Marjorie still had no idea what's about to happen tonight at dinner. 

-Marjorie just blushed deeper. She felt the butterflies as Autumn said that. She doesn't know how she got so lucky to have found someone who loves her for her and not just her body. -

"Come on let's go before we are late." Autumn said taking Marjorie out of her thoughts.

-Marjorie and Autumn make their way downstairs to head to dinner. -

-At Dinner- 

-Marjorie and Autumn walked in and got seated. -

-An hour has passed; they ordered their food and drinks. Autumn couldn't wait any longer she had to ask the question. She stood up from her chair and walked in front of Marjorie. Taking out a simple velvet black box. -

"Marjorie." Autumn said slowly getting down on one knee. 

"Autumn I-." Marjorie couldn't believe what she was seeing, Autumn, her best friend, the love of her life was currently on one knee. 

"Marjorie Van Gould... you make me the happiest women in the whole world. You seen the good in me when no one else could, you make me feel so loved more than I have ever felt in my life. When I told you about my past you didn't run, you just stayed and helped me through it. Marjorie, you have such an amazing, kind, lovely heart, you always try and help the people around you. You are my life, my forever, the love of my life, but most importantly you are my best friend.... Marjorie, will you make me even more happy and be my wife. Will you marry me?" Autumn said with tears in her eyes

-Marjorie was speechless, all she could do was throw her arms around Autumn crying. -

"Autumn. Yes of course I will marry you! You are my forever person. I love you so much!" Marjorie said crying and smiling

-They stood up and Autumn put the ring on Marjorie's finger. It had an Amethyst stone with a 14k rose gold diamond band. It was stunning, and it was perfect for Marjorie. -

-Everyone in the restaurant started cheering, and clapping. They couldn't be happier, they paid for their dinner and left to go home. -

-Back at Home-

-Marjorie couldn't stop staring at the ring, it was absolutely stunning, and it fit her so prefect. -

"Are you just going to stare at that all night?" Autumn said admiring her fiancé. 

"No, come here." Marjorie said opening her arms so Autumn can lay down with her head on Marjorie's chest. Which is her comfort place if she's being honest.

-Marjorie and Autumn laid in bed happily, they couldn't wait to see what the future holds for them! -
