Jude: it was my first day at anchor beach and it's only been a day I have lived with my new foster parents Stef and Lena. When I first entered the school the hallways were crowded and full of people, it took me a while to find my first class rm.372 I entered the class room and sat in the very back of the room, mrs.madison explained to the class about a project that would be due next week and to find a partner to work with. As soon as she said that everyone got up to find a partner, I looked around to find a boy looking back at me.
"Hey do you have a partner?" He asked me,
"no..." I answered
"would you like to be mine?"
"Yes I said happily"
"Could I go to your house after school?" He asked "my mom doesn't like it when other kids come over."
"Ok" I answered
I watched as he went back to his seat I got excited when I started to think about how I may have made my first friend! I went home with a smile in my face waiting for Connor to come over.
