Monday had finally come, and Carrie was back to her classes at Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters. For such a two-day weekend, she certainly felt like it felt more like a Spring Break week. Maybe this is how the Avengers feel when they come home from a really long mission. She bets it feels like years to them after they come back.

There was some talk about "Psystorm" between some of the students but Carrie stayed out of those conversations and even when one of her friends brought it up at lunchtime she only said, "Yeah she is pretty cool I guess". Honestly, she still couldn't believe how big of a deal everyone is making about her alter ego and she's still surprised it went on for this long. She's pretty sure "Psystorm" is going to be an ongoing topic for the next couple of weeks unless she makes another public appearance because people want to know who she is and where she came from. Still, she wanted to wait until she got certain things out of her way, like letting Pepper and Tony know what she's been doing over the weekend.

During lunchtime, she used some of the time she had and made a quick call to Pepper, telling her that she needed to talk to her about something and asked if it was okay for her to stop by after school of course, Pepper said of course. However, that did have Pepper worried that something must have happened to Carrie over the weekend so of course she would drop some things at the moment to see what was going on with her to the point she had to call her to tell her something important.

Professor Xavier had noticed that Carrie was acting a bit off, as if something was bothering her so he called her to his office. At first, she thought she was in some sort of trouble but she wasn't, and thank God that she wasn't because she is generally a great student who always stayed out of trouble. Professor Xavier asked her if everything was okay with her because he was concerned for her well-being, he is one of the most important people in her life who is there for her whenever she was feeling down or hopeless. She knew she could come to him about anything without his judgment.

Carrie had brought up the Psystorm situation and spilled the beans about how she was really Psystorm, what happened last weekend, and how she was feeling overwhelmed about it even though nobody knew her true identity, she also told him how she was nervous about telling her parents about it, Pepper mostly because she knows that Tony would be instantly proud of her.

Professor Xavier told her that he was proud of her for her heroic act but understood how she was feeling overwhelmed about the whole thing and talked to her about it about how to deal with it healthily. He gave her a piece of advice about how to tell Pepper and felt less nervous about telling her the truth about what happened, such as while Pepper might get rightfully protective, Carrie can also calmly explain to her what happened and Pepper possibly will understand.

He had also told her that just because her dad revealed to the world that he is Iron Man, doesn't mean that she has to do the same, especially since there will most likely be twice as much pressure on her to be the perfect hero and also perfect public figure as a member of the Stark family but he left that choice up to her if she wanted to reveal her identity to the public. For Carrie, she would much rather keep it on the down low by keeping her alter ego identity a secret, that way it wouldn't have serious consequences on her later if she ever makes enemies of her own in the future, not counting her past bullies from Chamberlain, Maine because well, they're all in prison.

Carrie had felt better after talking to Professor Xavier about what had been going on, she felt like a weight was lifted off of her back that had been bothering her for about two to three days. She always appreciated Professor Xavier being there for her when she needed someone to talk to about certain problems.

After school was over, Happy picked her up from school, he asked her the same old "How was your day at School, Carrie?" question as usual and she replied, "It was good". Her days at Professor X's school were always good considering she was around a bunch of mutants who relate to her and understand her referring to her telekinetic powers. Not to mention that it reminds her that she's not alone in this. To her, it was like a safe haven.
