Chapter 3

Cassius lean back in his large black chair and look at his computer. He's watching in real time, the little wildflower that caught his attention. He have one of his most trusted men, put cameras in her apartment. Everywhere including the bedroom and bathroom.

His lips twitch as he watch her dance around her room. He did a background check on her. He found alot of things very interesting. Like the fact that she love ballet and motorcycles.

He decide to keep his distance from her. It's to keep her safe. He is always watching. He has his men to watch her when he can't. Doesn't mean he won't spoil her though.

She's his favorite pass time.

He lean closer to the screen and chuckle to himself. She's a bundle of happiness. A happiness he doesn't want to dim. He know he should let her live her life but he will be damned if she let another man take his place. He's just going to pick off all the men that show interest in her. She belong to him and him only.

Cassius pull his gaze from the screen when his office door open. He just got home and the first thing he did was check the feed. The guard he has following her report that she was home. Of course he would watch her.

His Second In Command, Aiden came in. He mute the video feed and lean back in his chair, his face blank.

"The shipment just arrived. Everything seem to be in order."

"I'm hearing a but in there."

"They are calling for a meeting."

Cassius find that interesting. The Chinese never request a meeting with him. Actually they know better than to requests a meeting. Cassius love the power he have over the other mafias. Being the strongest mafia in the world even the second strongest fear him.

"When does he want to meet?"

Aiden look at his boss surprise. His boss never meet the other bosses out of the blue.

"Tomorrow evening."

"Make it the morning. Have a few men watch their arrival. I want a update on everything Li Wei do. Even the fucking bathroom breaks."

A knock came at the door and Julian entered. He's the enforcer and very proud of his position. The man is as emotionless as a doorknob and a bit crazy. He's the enforcer for a reason.

"It's done boss." Julian put a manilla folder on the desk.

"You got everything out of him?"

"The little bitch didn't want to talk but I never back down. He wasn't going to hold forever. I'll take my leave."

"That man need to have some fun,"Aiden muttered.

"Leave the man alone."

"Anyways I'll let Li know of your conditions." Julian walk out of the office and Cassius look at his computer. His little wildflower is now reading a book. He take it off mute to hear that she's listening to soft music playing in the background.

He pick up his pen and start signing some contracts.
