Flashback ( 3 years ago ) ⚠️:
Chan's pov:
It's September, I just finished my vocal lessons and was going back to my dorm , It's pretty close to my college .
The weather was very gloomy today as I was thinking it suddenly started raining so I ran to the nearby bus stop and stood while waiting for the rain to slow down a bit.
And then I saw him, a small figure appeared walking towards the bridge , I am not sure who he is and why he was walking in pouring rain , but I just kept looking at him , I suddenly got panic when I saw him climbing the railings of the bridge , his intentions got clear to me and I ran as fast as I can ....
Hopefully he didn't jump , maybe he was re-checking his decisions that gave me enough time to reach him and pull him back from the bridge .....
He didn't protest , the rain started pouring more aggressively so I decided to take him to my dorm first and talk then ...
"Hey! Let's go to my place first , it's ok if you don't trust me we can go to a nearby hospital or something . Are you okay?" I said to him .
He didn't reply, instead he was watching into a void . I can't talk to him here because he was shaking due to the cold and the rain doesn't seem to stop any time soon , so I removed my jacket and covered his head and kneeled down so he could climb on my back , he didn't respond at first but then when I insisted him to do so he just did ...
As he climbed on my back I just walked as fast as I could .....
By the time we reached my dorm we both got completely drenched in rain ... I handed him a towel to dry his hair but he didn't move from so I carefully dried his hair and handed him some clothes so he could change ....
I quickly got changed and ordered some food ....
After what felt like 30 mins he came back , looking so pale and exhausted , I handed him some hot chocolate which he didn't deny, he looked pretty hungry and starved ...
When the food arrived we both sat in silence "he was still not talking but at least he was eating something " I thought,after we finished eating I cleaned up and came back , he still didn't move from the place he sat earlier I gently placed my hand on his shoulder and he flinched .....bad idea
" Hey , I think we should talk" I said gently .
He looked at me , his eyes were glistening with tears it's like he wants to cry but also didn't want to ....
I gently placed my hand on his and gave a light squeeze for reassurance .
" You know, u can share with me whatever you want , and I promise you that I will help you in any way possible" I said .
I know it's a bit early to reassure a stranger but he was looking so small and vulnerable , i felt a bit protective towards him....
He suddenly hugged me and started crying ....
I didn't say anything , i held him tightly and let him cry ..... At that moment I decided whoever he was before I didn't care , from this moment he is my little brother .....
After some time he stopped crying , I gently came back and handed him some water , he drank it and began to speak...
" My name is Han jisung " he gently whispered to me ...
His name felt a bit familiar to me ...
"I am the son of Han seok woon and han mina the ceo's of Han enterprises"
Right , Han enterprises , the Han family ,one of the most successful and richest families of south korea.
" Despite being from one of the richest family my life hasn't been anything but good since childhood" han started speaking .
