Neomi woke up in a cold sweat, confused and scared about the backwards message that was flowing through her head. she scrambled to write it all out, unsure of what it meant. Neomi didn't know if bill had been trying to communicate with her, or some other dream entity warning her about bills return. But she knew her mind would never create such a message on it's own, especially in her sleep when it's interrupting a dream about rainbow unicorn ice-cream puppies.
She looked over at Jessica who was still sound asleep, and she figured she wouldn't bother Jessica about this until she knew more. But Neomi did know that if this was bill, or even a warning about bill, then he must be back; at least in the dreamscape. Even then though he is still dangerous.
