Once upon a time, there was a boy who dreamed of a place where he and his friends could play forever, never grow up, and be free. He had shaped this world with them, vowing to protect it, no matter what.

In this kingdom, there was a girl. She was his star, the light that guided him when everything grew too dark. He had found that rooftop for her, on that old, crumbling building. Their Garden of Eden.

"The second star to the right and straight on till morning." That was their promise, a path drawn in the skies, a reminder that as long as they were together, nothing could reach them. No matter what happened, they would always find their way back to each other.

But in the boy's heart, a shadow was already stirring. Even though the world around him was still made of laughter and dreams, he could feel something darker looming, waiting for its moment. A part of him knew this kingdom of innocence wasn't eternal, that one day, the darkness would seek to break him.

For now, the boy fought. He kept that shadow buried, far from view. Because she was there. She was his anchor, the one who kept him from the abyss threatening to swallow him whole.

He would do anything for her, anything for them. In the world he had created, he was Peter Pan.
