Go back to when this little game between vox and Valentino went to far.

Valentino was upset, upset that vox had managed to score a date with the radio demon AND DIDNT TELL HIM!  so he did all the research he could to get the attention of said demon. Racking through his memory's with vox he remembered that Alastor was a grade A mamas boy.

Perfect, he could use this to some extent. being an overlord gave you perk's special perks to have access to other rings if you were relevant enough. So he found some imps that could go to the human world, dick? Blick? or whatever he didn't bother to remember imps name would retrieve an item from earth for the right price no questions asked.

And after a day he managed to get something he was sure Alastor would miss, his mothers necklace and cookbook. he stored the book away for later and kept the necklace it was old and probably worth a lot but that wasn't the point what was important was planning how to get Alastor's attention.

Stepping through the vees tower cigarette in hand Valentino made his way to the front glancing at the camera slightly with a smirk and a wink.

Vox watched as the moth stepped into the limo the smoke dissipating as the limo drove off. What the fuck was Valentino doing, vox couldn't help but feel like something bad was about to happen.

Valentino hummed as he made his way to the hotel a smirk on his face as the small box sat in his hand, this was sure to be something. And from how Alastor looked at him when he walked out it was! Val was giddy his plan worked (they didn't do that often) he stood outside of the hotel smirking as he waved at the vox-drone "two points for me papi~" Val laughed as he climbed back into the limo, he made a mental note to add to his calendar. He had so many plans for Alastor~

Alastor on the other hand was not doing so well.

After Valentino had left Charlie ran over to him a worried look on her face. "Alastor, what did he mean by your mothers necklace?" Alastor didn't know how to answer her. "I-" angel was the one who spoke up next "and what did you mean by 'my message' have you been talking to the vees behind our backs?" Angel said with a glare he could feel their stare's burning holes into him.

"Of course not angel, don't be ridiculous" Alastor managed to maneuver his way away from Charlie standing in the middle of the hotel. "I simply told him to stop giving me gifts for they were making a mess at the hotel that's all, I.. didn't expect him to pull this stunt though." Alastor nose twitched at the faint smell of strawberries he hated that it smelled so good. "Well since this is your problem you deal with it!" Vaggie said much to the dismay of Charlie. "V-vaggie wait should we help Alastor, after all he's done so much for us-" Alastor stepped in he would much rather deal with this himself rather than involve the hotel, first vox now Valentino he can't help but be suspicious of the two now. "As much as I don't like you vagatha-"

"It's vaggie"

"I have to agree with you, I would like to keep my private life away from the hotel, it would be an issue if too many overlords came over, why would sinners come to a place that they deemed dangerous?" Alastor went and gently patted Charlie's head smiling at her worried face. "Trust me Charlie I can deal with Valentino, you should be worrying about the hotel, And your annoying father! Not me my dear."

Alastor hummed as he watched Charlie sigh and nod a frown still on her face. "If.. if you say so alastor, just know you can come to us for help anytime okay?" Alastor narrowed his eyes but went with it. "Understood! Now put a smile on that face of yours I believe there's someone at the door!~" he sung out as there was indeed someone else at the door now, his shadow noticed a small fish sinner coming up to the door seemingly getting ready to knock, suspicious but it's not his problem.

Soon the day ended and surprisingly they have a new hotel member Baxter was his name but Charlie was still hung up on sir pentious to tell them apart sad really. But there's more important issues to worry about.

Now is his room Alastor sat on his bed that was far in a corner, his hands over his face. How was he going to deal with Valentino who was now in possession of his mother precious necklace, he shuddered at the thought.

It should've been impossible for anyone to get their hands on it. Being in the human world and her having been dead for centuries. He was sure he had no siblings or relatives to even continue the name 'Laiana' he took his mothers last name not his fathers.

Alastor looked at his calendar noting that Monday was only four days away, he only had four days to find a way to get his mothers necklace back from the moths claws.
