It's been a few months since that whole thing with Ayla's grandpa happened. She also has been really busy lately, it was flag football season.
Ayla knew that one of Allison's friends was possessed, based on what she's been telling her. But Allison doesn't really update Ayla much because both of them have their own problems.
She was sitting in her dorm, alone. She didn't want a new roommate because she knew that no one could replace Isabel.
She was on her bed reading a book when her uncle Chris called her. She looked at her phone and answered "Yes, uncle Chris?" She said.
Chris was silent for a while before saying "Ayla, can you go to the Beacon Hills sheriff's department right now?" She asked her.
Ayla was confused before answering him "I so wish that I can, but I have flag football. Plus, I have no ride there." Ayla said to him.
Chris sighed, thinking for a moment. "I can send a sheriff to pick you up." Chris said to her.
"Uncle Chris, what's going on?" She asked him.
"I think it's better we talk when you get here, okay? Just wait outside of the school." Chris said to her.
Ayla was nervous about what he was saying "Oh..okay. Bye." She said to her Uncle Chris.
"Bye." Chis said and hung up the phone.
Ayla sighed, thinking about what her uncle wanted to say to her, especially at the sheriff's department.
She got up from her bed, and left the dorm. It was a school day but she was still allowed to leave because it was after school.
She went downstairs and exited the school, heading to the front like Chris said the sheriff will be at.
Sure enough, there was a sheriff. His name badge was 'Stilinski' and he was walking over to Ayla, giving her a small smile.
"Stilinski? You must be Stiles' dad." Ayla said to him.
Sheriff Stilinski gave her a small smile "Yes, I am." He says getting into the driver's seat and Ayla gets into the passenger seat.
Ayla knew that the drive wasn't gonna be that long, so she was just on her phone looking at photos of Isabel while waiting to arrive at the Sheriff's department.
After a quick ride, they arrived at the Sheriff's department. They both exited the car and entered in the sheriff's department.
There, Ayla sees her uncle Chris who walked over to her and hugged her.
Ayla was surprised but hugged him back, she noticed him upset and looked at him. "Uncle Chris, what happened?" he asked him.
Chris looked at her, clearly upset. "Allison..she uh." Chris didn't finish her sentence because one of the sheriffs was clearly looking at him while he was trying to tell her what happened.
Ayla didn't notice the sheriff and was confused on why he stopped talking "What happened to Allison?" She asked him.
Chris looked at the sheriff and then back at her. "I think it's best if I tell you the news from outside?" He said, gesturing Ayla to follow him outside and she did.
