This is my first ever fanfic so please help me to get some ideas......
During detention, Severus told me several stories about his time at hogwarts and how he met my mum. I liked to hear all of them.
I went for dinner, bidding him goodbye. I sat next to Draco as that was the only space left. We talked, laughed, ate our food and most important of all, we had fun.
He was very proud of me that I was going to be the seeker. It was already 9pm so we went to our dorm. I fed Snow and Hazel before going to the common room.
I spent a lot of time with my friends. They were very excited to know about the practice today. Well I again had practice tomorrow. It was a Saturday so all of them would come and watch.
As I fell on my bed I started to feel afraid.
What if the dream comes again? What if I end up in the hospital wing?
Then something caused me to stop thinking all of this. It was Snow. She just flew out of the window. Does that usually happen?
I asked about this to all of the people I knew. They told me that owls only go like that if somebody is sending you a letter.
Who will send me a letter?
I was confused but I brushed off those thoughts and went to sleep.

Daph had already gone to the common room. I took a short shower and wore my brown sweater over a white shirt, baggy cream coloured jeans and brown Nikes. I styled my hair with a brown hair band and left it open. This is how I looked:

Finally, I joined my friends in the common room.
"Hey guys. What are you talking about?" "Just about how cruel Snape is." Draco answered "He is not." "He is." All of them shouted together. "Well, no matter what you guys think of him, I think you should know that he is my Godfather."
Everyone's jaw dropped. Only Draco was able to speak. "G-godfather?" "Ya." "When did you get to know?" "Two days ago." "Does your brother know?" "Na. I will tell him today."
When the others came back to reality, I changed the topic. We all talked, laughed about silly things. Until Flint came.
"Hey Potter." "Hi Flint. Practice today?" "Yeah. 3pm. Good news." "What?" "You are the seeker. No body wants to sign their name up for that position." "Really?!"
I squealed of excitement. All of my friends were so happy and proud.
"But you need to come for the tryouts. The team would probably think that you don't deserve to be the seeker." "No problem." "And what about your broom?" "Oh shit. I need a bit more time actually." "You need to have it before practice. You are lucky that today's a Saturday and there are no classes for first years."
He left. That broom will get me disqualified. "Yn. We should go to breakfast. Food always calms us down." "Shut up Theo. You are the one who always eats. How can you be hungry?" "I ate 10 minutes ago! Obviously I am hungry."
As per Harry, Theo would be the Ron of our gang. P.S. People call us the Slytherin Gang. Me, Daphne, Isabella, Pansy, Theodore, Blaise and Draco.
We walked down to the great hall, laughing at Theo and his forever hunger. I wonder how Daphne likes him. Oops.... I wasn't supposed to say that. Please don't read this Theodore Nott.
We sat on our usual seats at the Slytherin table. Today was mail. I obviously didn't get any. That's what I thought. After everyone got their letters, Snow came holding a letter for me. Followed by her was a black owl who was holding a package. It looked like
"A broom?"
That broom fell exactly in front of me. Daphne and Draco helped me open the cover. It was a "Nimbus 2000. What's that?" "That's the newest model. It's very fast too. Who send it?" Draco asked. He was more excited than me.
I looked for a name written and found it. "By Severus Snape, Your Godfather. There is a letter attached to the broom too." "Read it!" "Ok ok. Geez."
Dear Yn, I knew you needed a broom for Quidditch but I wanted to surprise you. Yesterday when you came to my office to tell me about it, I knew that my surprise wouldn't work. The owl which delivered this was Nightshade, my owl. But your mother named it. Hope you like the broom Yours sincerely Severus Snape.
That was some intense writing. I was happy with my broom. That's when I realised that I had another letter, that Snow brought.
I looked for who sent it. I froze when I found out. "Tessa...?" "Wait. Who's Tessa?" Daphne asked "My cousin. Why would she write a letter? Wait there's two?!" The other one was from Aunt Rowena and Uncle Thaddeus.
I opened the letter from Aunt and Uncle first.
Yn Potter, From now onwards you are not welcome to our house. You may live with one of your freaky friends and DON'T YOU DARE TO EVEN SEND A LETTER TO TESSA. The door to our house is closed for you now, forever. Never try to contact us. We don't want a freak in our home. Never come back. For us and all of our relatives , You are Dead. Rowena and Thaddeus.
Next was Tessa's letter.
Dear Yn, I am really Sorry. I couldn't convince mum and dad that you can stay with us. By the way, they are sending me to a boarding school which is in another country. Tristan is always teasing me about that. There the students are tortured to insanity. The teachers literally lock some students in a room with no food and water if they don't agree to do what they tell them. I am scared. I know you can't send me a letter but just so you know, I love you no matter what. Tessa ♥️
"Tess.." I was already crying. Daph, Isa and Pans tried to calm me down. Draco instead took both of my letters and read them. I swear that I saw tears in his eyes.
