If that jumping jack is broke

If that velvet cloth is coarse

If that rocking horse won't rock
Papa's gonna buy you a cukoo clock

If that cukoo clock won't tick
Papa's gonna buy you a walking stick

If that walking stick falls down
You'll still be the sweetest little baby in town'

I cooed the lullaby into my 1 and a half year old little girl Katherine. Me and Y/n had a baby after 2 years of being married. Y/n was buying food for me and her while I stayed with my 2nd baby girl (Y/n being my first).

Kathy started oozing off into her sleep, once she was fully knocked out I put her into her light purple crib with little stuffed animals from Y/n's baby shower. I heard some light knocking on the door, I opened the door to see Y/n holding a Walgreens bag on her left hand and a Burger King bag on her right.

I hugged and kissed her cheek as she walked into the house, she handed me the bags and ran upstairs to change and check on Katherine. I put the bags onto the kitchen table, I took the baby food out of the Walgreens bag and put them into the pantry.

I remembered when me and my best friend Gabe did the baby food challenge and it was absolute shit(if you know what im talking about then you the real mvp).
Y/n came downstairs wearing some nike pros and a loose tank top.

She gave me a passionate kiss on the lips and then pulled away when her stomach grumbled. We both started laughing really hard, when we were done laughing, we ate our food and went into the living room.

We sat on the couch and she put netflix on, we watched Bates Motel (WATCH IT IF YOU DONT, ITS BOMB AF). She started closing her eyes until she they were fully closed and she started snoring lightly making me chuckle. I looked down at her, mouth slightly parted, eyes closed, hair into a messy bun.

I'm so glad I have her and my baby in my life. My life couldn't be complete without those two.

I picked up Y/n up bridal style and took her into our bedroom, laying her softly onto the bed so she doesn't wake up. I start undressing myself until I'm in my grey boxers.

I walk to the dresser and pick up some basketball shorts changing into them. I turned around and started tip toeing beside the bed kissing Y/n goodnight. Walking onto my side of the bed I pull the blankets over me and my wife's body.

I love my life
