In a small village nestled between two great mountains, a mysterious stranger arrived on a midnight train.
It was a beautiful man, radiant and vibrant. So full of positivity. He came searching for his love for he knew he would find it there. He had a friend with him too whom he had relation with since many lives.
The stranger's friend, named Kael, stood tall and quiet, his piercing green eyes scanning the village as if sensing an unseen presence, while the radiant stranger, named Arien, smiled warmly at the villagers gathering around, his gaze locking onto a figure standing at the edge of the crowd - a woman with porcelain skin and raven hair, her eyes mirroring Arien's sparkle.
Kael could only notice something behind the woman. Or rather someone. His brown eyes glistened, his face hidden in the dark. Their eyes met feeling a familiarity. Maybe they knew eachother before. But, they'd never been to this town before.
The woman, sensing Kael's intense gaze, turned around, her eyes following his to the figure lurking in the shadows. Arien, lost in his own reunion, remained oblivious to the undercurrents. As the woman's gaze met the mysterious figure's, her expression shifted from curiosity to shock, and she whispered a single word: "Elian."
The figure stepped forward, his brown eyes never leaving Kael's, his features illuminated by the flickering village torches. His sharp jawline, piercing nose, and tousled black hair seemed chiseled from Kael's own memories, yet somehow... different.
Elian's gaze lingered on Kael, his eyes burning with an unspoken connection. The air thickened as they stood there, the village fading into the background.
Arien, finally noticing the tension, turned to Kael with a questioning glance. Kael's cheeks flushed as Elian's eyes never left his.
Arien's memories of past lives swirled, a burden he bore alone. He saw Kael and Elian's connection, a spark reignited from centuries past. Yet, the others remained oblivious, their memories shrouded.
Meanwhile, on the village outskirts, a lone carriage arrived, carrying an enigmatic pair. Lyra, a raven-haired beauty with porcelain skin, and Ryker, a brooding figure with piercing blue eyes.
Lyra's gaze locked onto the village, her thoughts consumed by an eerie sense of belonging. Ryker's eyes narrowed, his grip on her hand tightening.
"Something's amiss," he whispered.
Arien's instincts stirred, sensing the newcomers' significance.
Lyra and Ryker exchanged weighted glances, their eyes sharing a hidden understanding. They knew the truth - the six individuals were bound by an ancient thread, woven across millennia.
Arien, sensing their arrival, smiled knowingly. Only he, Lyra, and Ryker grasped the depth of their connections.
Kael, Elian, and the mysterious woman remained oblivious, their memories veiled by a mysterious force.
As Lyra and Ryker descended from their carriage, the village elder approached, his eyes clouded with an unnatural forgetfulness.
"Welcome, travelers," he said, his voice laced with an otherworldly tone. "We've been expecting you."
Arien's eyes narrowed. The elder's words seemed scripted, hinting at a larger, sinister design.
The mysterious woman spoke. Her voice was like a gentle breeze as she whispered, "I am Calantha."
Her name seemed to awaken a resonance within Kael, though he couldn't quite place it. Elian's gaze lingered on her, his expression a mix of curiosity and caution.
Arien's eyes sparkled with knowing, while Lyra and Ryker exchanged subtle nods.
Calantha's introduction shifted the group's dynamics.
Elian stood behind Calantha, his presence subtly shielding her. His brown eyes locked onto Kael, a flicker of recognition sparking between them.
Elian clinging onto her told everyone that he was her brother. Kael seemed like he knew all of this but didn't somehow. The Village Head asked them why they had come.
Arien responded on behalf of him and Kael that they had come to the town for the 1 month festival held there every 10 years. The festival of the Goddess Elyndor.
The Village Head, eyes still cloudy, nodded at Arien's explanation. "Ah, the Festival of Elyndor, honoring our patron goddess, Elyndor, Bringer of Life and Harmony."
Calantha's gaze drifted toward the village's central square, where an ancient, intricately carved statue of Elyndor stood. Her eyes seemed to hold a deep longing.
Arien continued, "We've come to experience the festival's magic and rejuvenate our spirits."
The Village Head smiled, his expression almost... rehearsed. "You're welcome to stay. Your presence will be... beneficial."
Kael sensed an undercurrent in the Head's words, his gaze drawn back to Elian, who remained protectively positioned behind Calantha.
The Village Head's attention shifted to Lyra and Ryker, his demeanor transforming from welcoming to reverent. "Honored guests, your arrival is most auspicious. We've awaited your presence."
Lyra descended from the carriage, her raven hair cascading down her back. Ryker followed, his piercing blue eyes scanning the surroundings.
"Lyra Aethon and Ryker Blackwood," she introduced, her voice melodious. "We're humbled to join your Festival of Elyndor."
Arien bowed respectfully, while Kael stood frozen, awestruck by the dignitaries' attention.
Lyra's gaze settled on Kael, a gentle smile softening her features. "It's a pleasure to meet you."
Ryker's eyes narrowed slightly, his focus lingering on Kael before shifting to Arien. "We share a mutual interest. I look forward to our conversation."
Kael's cheeks flushed as he struggled to find his voice.
