We sat down at an empty booth. We actually went to a frozen yogurt place. I got bluberry yogurt and Jonathan's little sister got the same. Jonathan got mango because his little sister wanted to try it. Angela and Alexander both got strawberry. I sat next to Alexander. Alexander sat in front of Angela and I sat in front of Jonathan. In the middle of Angela and Jonathan sat his little sister who's name was Luciana but she was called Lucy a lot because it was shorter.
When our yogurt arrived at our table she was the first to dig in to her frozen yogurt. Everyone else soon followed even me. I loved the blueberry taste well I loved blueberry in general. I glanced at Alexander but he just looked at his frozen yogurt. Angela was doing the same. Lucy licked her lips happily. I wasn't sure I should glance at Jonathan but I did anyway. He looked up meeting my glance but I quickly glanced away looking at my frozen yogurt. Lucy grabbed a spoonful of Jonathan's yogurt. She winced "Ow brain freeze." She said giggling.
"You have to have a brain to get a brain freeze." Jonathan laughed out. Lucy made a face and I just smiled "You're a meany!" she told him. I laughed and they both gave me the same look and I pretended to eat my frozen yogurt. Alexander and Angela were suprisingly quiet the whole time when we were done. I was ready to make up an excuse to go home when Angela and Alexander both at the same time said they had to go. They glanced at each other and away. It was weird.
"Angela don't leave me with him. I'll go with you." I told her grabbing her arm practically pleading her. " No I'm going home. I'm tired and my mom texted me to come home my dad's on the fatherly mode thing." I understood maybe I should make up a reason to go or something.
Almost as if Angela had read my mind she said "No you should stay. You barely go out. You have no friends but me and plus Jonathan could be a great friend for you and I mean super awesomely great. You should stay and you're staying."
"But Alexander is leaving. The only reason I came is to come and be close to him. I could care less about Jonathan." I told her.
"Alexander is a jerk. If there's anyone you should care less about it's him and just give Jonathan a chance he could be my future boyfriend and I would like if you two got along. Plus he could be another friend." She persuaded me.
I sighed "Fine I guess I could stay just a little longer."
"Good. I gotta go tho." she said looking at her watch. "Bye." I watched her turn smaller and smaller while I had been talking to her Alexander had already left. "Just great." I muttered to myself.
"What's just great??" Jonathan asked behind me I had almost forgotten all about him.
