Chapter 5

-It has officially been 2 months that Marjorie and Autumn have been together, Marjorie has moved in with Autumn. Reece and Winter have gotten a lot closer. Everyone at the nursery has found out, Autumn didn't want her father to find out through somebody else, so she has set up a meeting with Roger to break the news. -

-It was the morning of the meeting and Autumn was nervous to the point she couldn't sleep the night before. Autumn kept twisting and turning to try and sleep, but she just couldn't. Marjorie being Marjorie she took notice of this. -

"My love, you alright?" Marjorie said turning to face her girlfriend

"I didn't know you were still awake." Autumn said looking at her girlfriend

"I was sleeping but I felt you twisting and turning so I wanted to check on you." Marjorie said slightly worried

"I'm okay my sweet. Just nervous for tomorrow, I don't know how he's going to react." Autumn said, she wasn't just nervous she was scared. She knew her father and he could react harshly.

"It's okay my love, I will be by your side. There's nothing he can say that will change the way I feel about you." Marjorie said calmly hoping to make Autumn less nervous.

"Thank you, Marj. I don't know what I would do without you by my side. I love you so very much." Autumn said smiling

"Always Aut, I'm not leaving. I love you too, come on let's get some sleep." Marjorie said smiling back

-Marjorie laid back down snuggling into Autumn. Autumn was still nervous but not as much thanks to her amazing girlfriend. Autumn looked down at the older women and see her fast asleep already. Autumn really couldn't be happier; she believed she finally found her forever person. She shortly fell into a deep sleep warping an arm around Marjorie. -

-The Next Morning-

-Marjorie woke up before Autumn; she looked up to see her sleeping. Marjorie was glad Autumn finally calm enough to get some sleep. Marjorie decided that she would go downstairs and make Autumn breakfast and coffee, well she would go out to get breakfast since she didn't plan on burning the house down. -

-Marjorie got back, luckily Autumn was still sleeping so she put everything on plates and walked upstairs. She opened the bedroom door quietly to not wake up Autumn, she placed the food and coffees on the nightstand to gently wake the sleeping beauty up. -

"My love, come on get up. I let you sleep in since it's Saturday." Marjorie said calmly

"Mhm, Morning my sweet." Autumn said yawning

-Marjorie grabbed the coffees and food from the nightstand. -

"Marjorie, you didn't have to." Autumn said as she noticed the food and coffee

"But I did, I knew you had a rough night, so I wanted to make it up to you, my love." Marjorie said smiling

"Please tell me you didn't try and cook. I love you and all, but you really need to take cooking lessons." Autumn said giggling

"Hey! For your information, I went out to the little café and got everything. I love you too." Marjorie said lightly slapping Autumn's arm

-Autumn laughed, it felt nice to be with the women she has loved since she first started at the nursery. She just admired her beloved and just kept thinking how luck she got. -

"Autumn?" Marjorie said getting her girlfriends attention

"Mhm? Yes?" Autumn said getting brought out of her thoughts
