I woke to my phone ringing beside my head
I looked at the caller ID and it was Harry's.
I answered the call.
' hey babe sorry I didn't text back I fell asleep' I said apologetically.
'It's okay baby. I was just worried so I thought I should call. Everything okay back home?'
'Yeah everything is fine here. How's Sydney? Warm?'
'Definitely hotter than Melbourne. That's for sure. Niall is already complaining and whining that he will get sun burned.' He chuckled.
'Well just try not to get burned. Any of you.' I had a mother hen moment.
'I'll try. The guys say hi by the way.'
'Tell them I say hello' I said with a laugh
'Well I have to go unpack love but talk later yeah?'
'Of course. Love you.'
'Love you too. Bye'
'Bye bye.'
And with that I hung up.
I looked at the time on my phone. 3.47pm
I was thinking of something to do when Harry's earlier message about Taylor popped up in my head.
I went in to the messaging app and found Taylor's number. I clicked the green call button and waited for an answer.
'Hello?'
'Hi Taylor. Its Shanna here. How are you?'
'Oh hey Shanna! Yeah I'm pretty good, yourself?'
'Yeah I'm good thanks, much better than when you last saw me.' I weakly laughed.
'Mhm I bet. So why did you call?'
'Oh I was just wondering seeing as Lou Harry and the guys are in Sydney if you maybe wanted to catch up. Go see a movie or have dinner.'
'Sounds great! What time?'
Wow I did expect her to be so quick with an answer.
'Um maybe 6.00 for dinner and then catch a movie after?'
'Sounds fantastic! Where do you want to go for dinner?'
'Uhmm you can choose.'
'There's this cool Mexican place that just opened up. Wanna go there?'
'Sounds great. See you there at six!'
'Okay. Bye!'
And I hung up.
-*-
The time was 5.53 and I was just arriving at the Mexican restaurant.
I saw Taylor already seated and two glasses of wine on the table.
