Chapter 5

(Tree's POV)

I decide to check if anyone is online on the Death Pact GC after arriving home from school.
DEATH PACT GC
[TREE] : Is anyone online?
[BLACK HOLE] : Yeah I am.
[LIGHTNING] : Same here!
[MARKER] : I would be, but I would rather be eating crayons :vvv
[MARKER HAS GONE OFFLINE]
[TREE] : Uh is anyone gonna go stop him?
[LIGHTNING] : It's fine, we have a recovery centre anyways!
[TREE] : Cool, anyways you guys want to meet at the city library?
[BLACK HOLE AND LIGHTNING] : Sure!
[FANNY] : Wait don't forget me! Me and bubble are coming
[TREE] : Yeah of course you and your soon to be GF is coming
[FANNY] : Tree shut it! Your crush is literally bl-
[TREE] : I'm kidding! I will see you there.
I turned off my phone and decided to change from my school uniform, can't believe Fanny almost exposed me there whew, anyways. (I just slapped on some green slacks with a green jumper and green, white Jordan's) I then grabbed the car keys off the living rooms couch and made my way to the car. I turned on the car and started making my way to the library.

(Black holes POV)

I decided to wear a grey hoodie with some black slacks and some white and black Nikes, couldn't really care much I just wanted to see Tree- and uh the rest of Death Pact! Right... anyways I decided to start walking to the library since it isn't that far from my house. I soon arrived and entered, Book was working today while having Pillow accompany her the whole time, strange. Anyways I ended up seeing the rest of the group + Bubble talking quietly in one of the book isles, I went ahead to them. "Hey guys! I just arrived here, also Tree looking nice I see? Hmm." Tree turned red when I said that "Yeah you could say that I guess BH." Fanny, bubble and Lightning started whispering among themselves something about Tree and simps? I couldn't hear much since it was quiet.

Lighting soon broke the silence. "Me, Bubble and Fanny are going to the adventure book section!" They said as the 3 headed off, leaving me and Tree alone. "So uh BH, you want to go grab a book or chat, or something else?" I shrugged before saying "So how's school, life and stuff?" "Not much apart from Leafy getting angry when I tried to figure out what was happening earlier, she just snapped at me." "I'm sure she didn't mean that Tree, or I hope so." "Same here BH." It was awkward now as the silence engulfed us. It was suddenly broken when the 3 earlier came back. "We're back guys, we got some books we are gonna scan out so uh we'll see you guys later?" Me and BH looked at Lightning and just nodded, i then checked my watch. "Well I'm going to go now, as I uh have to check on Grassy and Leafy!" BH then stopped me before letting go again. "Well uh bye Tree!" He said as him and the others waved as I exited the library and made my way to the car.

I arrived home to find it a bit messy while Leafy was chasing Grassy around. "Grassy, run! The monster is gonna getchu >:)" she said as she pursued Grassy. I just facepalmed and picked up Grassy. "Now we caught ya fiend let's get you to bed okay?" Grassy just nodded as i carried him up to his bedroom before leaving him to fall asleep. As i exited his room and closed the door I was rather jumped to see an Leaf waiting for me. "Hi Tree, I'm uh sorry for snapping at you earlier, I just don't want you to get involved in my stuff y'know? Since it's now resolved anyways so it's fine. I just hope you understand." I smiled before responding "Of course that's fine Leafy! If you ever need anything make sure to tell your bro!"

Leafy then made her way to her room while i made my way to mine to fall asleep for the rest of the night since it was a pretty tiring day. But I noticed my room was still messed from the morning. *sigh* I'll just clean up before I go sleep. (While I was tidying and cleaning up my room I grabbed my phone and some headphones to listen to some calming music to clear my mind) so that I wouldn't sleep annoyed or anything like that since it's probably unhealthy, although as I was cleaning through my room I found something behind one of my pillows, it was one of letters from school to Leafy? I decided to opened it expecting something bad, but instead I was rather surprised to find it was a praise notice as it stated she was able to complete double the amount of 4's homework punishment in a week, impressive I can't lie.

Anyways I decided to close it again and made my way to Leafys room. *knock knock* an tired Leaf then opened it. "Do you need anything Tree?" "I believe this is for you, although I did open it and read its something good don't worry!" I said as I handed her the letter. She was then sat there for 2 minutes by the door reading it. "Oh phew I actually thought the letter to be bad till you told me." "Same here that's what I thought before I read it, but anyways I'm going to go sleep now good night!"

I started walking across the corridor to make it to my bedroom before jumping in face flat on my comfy bed, well i think it's time get some shut eye as there is school tomorrow and I'd rather not get pulled into 4's office again for being late, I still remember when I forgot Grassy, gosh that was stupid of me anyways I turned off my lamps and shut my door and started dozing off.
