Marrying Mr. Shaw - Chapter Nine - I forgive you.
"What is it now?" I groaned pushing myself off my bed, pausing the movie AGAIN as I heard stones hitting my glass balcony door.
Opening my balcony door, I felt the cold, afternoon wind swish my loose hair back. I shivered, hugging myself.
Looking down from my balcony, I spotted a tall man with a black coat wrapping his body comfortably.
Chris.
He was holding the same pink bag of flowers that Tony gave me. I rolled my eyes.
"What do you want?" I shouted. He looked annoyed.
"Why didn't you take the flowers?" He shouted back.
"Couldn't you bring your lazy ass and give me them flowers yourself? I mean, how selfish can you get, CHRIS!" I shouted back, smirking when I noticed his face alarmed when I said his name.
"Tony told you right?"
"Yup!" I said, giggling.
Chris ran his fingers through his smooth hair, irritated and stressed.
"Why are you here? What about Laila?" I shouted.
"Tony's babysitting her since her babysitter doesn't bother to show up anymore after she got her money." He shouted his voice going harsh.
I felt my eyes build up with tears. How can he think that? Does he really think that I would get the money and never work for him ever again? Is that how low he thinks of me?
"IS THAT HOW LOW YOU THINK I AM?" Repeating my thoughts.
Chris sighed and whispered to himself that I'm guessing are curses.
"You don't look ill." He said, calmly.
"Well I'm feeling better until you showed up." I replied.
"Look, I'm not going to stand here out all day shouting at you. Would you let me in your house? Seems like your family isn't in." He shouted.
I rolled my eyes realising that Mom was out to look for a job and Josh was out with his friends.
"Fine," I groaned turning around. "Idiot." I whispered under my breath.
"I heard that!"
"GOOD!" I shouted behind my shoulder.
I raced downstairs without any care of how my hair looked and what clothes I was wearing - my nighties.
Opening my door, Mr. Shaw -- Chris, frowned at me, entering my house, nudging past me with his shoulder.
"Of course you can come in." I muttered sarcastically, closing the door.
Why do I even love this guy? He's never respected me in such manner which would make me love him, so why? Why did I had to fall for this guy who I know would never catch me?
"Where's your room?" He asked, his voice rising. I shuddered. This isn't the pleasant side of him I fancied.
"Uhm, follow me." I said quietly, walking up the stairs.
We past the hallway and I opened my door, letting him in. As usual, he didn't say thank you.
"Idiot," I whispered.
"Right. Let's discuss this." He said, sitting on my bed. I stood opposite him, crossing my arms.
"Discuss what?"
