The sterile smell of antiseptic filled the air as Jimin paced back and forth in the hospital waiting room. His heart felt heavy as he glanced at the closed door of Yeeun's room, where she lay in a deep, unnerving silence.

Namjoon and Jungkook sat beside him, their faces etched with worry. The doctor had just finished their assessment, and the news was grim. "There's nothing physically wrong with her," the doctor had said, "but we can't explain why she won't wake up."

"Why isn't she waking up?" Jungkook muttered, his voice strained with confusion and despair.

"Maybe it's some kind of shock?" Namjoon suggested, rubbing the back of his neck. "She was under a lot of stress, with the wedding and everything."

Jimin felt a lump form in his throat. They had been so close to starting their new lives together, and now this. "I need to go," he finally said, his determination shining through his despair.

"Where?" Namjoon asked, looking up at him.

Jimin didn't answer, his brothers wouldn't understand, Jimin hurried out of the hospital, his heart pounding with urgency. He needed to know what was happening to Yeeun, and he couldn't shake the feeling that Yoongi might hold the key.

The dimly lit interior of Yoongi's apartment was familiar and comforting. As Jimin stepped inside, he was met with the scent of old books and the sound of soft music playing in the background.

"Hey, Jimin," Yoongi greeted, looking up from his desk cluttered with papers and sketches. "What's going on?"

"It's Yeeun," Jimin blurted, his voice trembling. "She's in a coma. The doctors don't know why she won't wake up."

Yoongi's expression shifted to concern. "I'm sorry to hear that. Have you tried talking to her?"

"Yes, but she doesn't respond. I thought maybe you could help me understand what's happening," Jimin said, his desperation evident.

Yoongi leaned back in his chair, contemplating. "It sounds like her memories may have come flooding in. If that's the case, her mind might be trying to protect itself from the pain of remembering everything."

"What do you mean?" Jimin asked, confusion clouding his thoughts.

"In every lifetime, there's a lot of trauma—especially for her. If she's overwhelmed by all those memories, it could cause her to retreat into herself," Yoongi explained, his voice calm but serious.

"So, how do we help her?" Jimin pressed, his heart racing.

Dreamscape: Yeeun's First Life

In the darkness of her mind, Yeeun floated, lost in the depths of an endless void. But then, like a flickering candle in the night, images began to form, vivid and alive.

She found herself standing in a bustling marketplace, the vibrant colors and sounds overwhelming her senses. Laughter echoed around her, mingling with the sweet scents of spices and flowers. As she wandered through the stalls, her heart raced with excitement—this was a world she had never known, far removed from the rigid walls of her family's estate.

"Hey! You're not from around here, are you?" a playful voice called out.

Turning, Yeeun found a boy with tousled hair and a bright smile, dancing to the music of a nearby performer. He was unlike anyone she had ever met—free-spirited, full of life.

"I—uh, I just came out to explore," she stammered, feeling a rush of exhilaration.

"Come on! You have to see this!" he exclaimed, grabbing her hand and pulling her through the crowd.

As they ran, Yeeun felt the weight of her sheltered life lift, replaced by an exhilarating sense of freedom. The boy introduced himself as Jimin, and she quickly found herself enchanted by his adventurous spirit.

They spent the day together, exploring hidden corners of the marketplace, sharing stories and laughter. Jimin showed her the small joys of life—the thrill of climbing trees, the joy of sharing street food, and the beauty of dancing under the open sky.

"Life is meant to be lived, not just observed," he said, his eyes sparkling with passion.

Yeeun's heart raced as she watched him dance, free and unrestrained, a stark contrast to her life as a wealthy heiress. With him, she felt alive, as if she had finally broken free from the shackles of her family's expectations.

In those moments, she fell for Jimin, not just for his charm, but for how he made her feel—truly, wonderfully alive.

But the memories of her family loomed like dark clouds on the horizon, always reminding her of her impending marriage to a man she barely knew. Yet, every time she was with Jimin, the suffocation eased, if only for a while.

As the sun set, painting the sky with hues of orange and pink, Yeeun stood beside Jimin, the air thick with unspoken words. "I wish I could stay like this forever," she whispered, her heart aching at the thought of returning to her life of confinement.

Jimin turned to her, a flicker of understanding in his eyes. "You can be free. You just have to choose it."

And in that moment, she realized that Jimin represented everything she had longed for—freedom, adventure, and love.

Reality: The Hospital Room

As the dream faded, Yeeun felt warmth wash over her—a memory of love so powerful it ignited her spirit. But it was fleeting, and the darkness threatened to consume her once more.

In her slumber, whispers of the past tugged at her heart, the essence of Jimin's love wrapping around her like a protective cocoon. But could she find her way back to him?

Back at the hospital, Jimin returned to Yeeun's room, his heart filled with determination. He sat by her bedside, grasping her hand tightly. "Yeeun, if you can hear me, I'm here. I won't give up on you."

As he spoke, the memory of their first meeting filled his mind, the laughter, the freedom, and the love. "I remember everything, and I want you to remember too. You're not alone. I'm right here, waiting for you."

With each word, he poured his heart into thesilence, hoping that somehow, Yeeun could feel his presence, drawing her backto him. The battle was not just for her to wake up, but for her to reclaim thelove that had spanned lifetimes.
