Surroundings of Conference Hall IV

As I stepped into Conference Hall IV, the first thing that struck me was the sheer size of the room. It was vast and imposing, with high ceilings that seemed to stretch into infinity. The walls were lined with dark wood paneling, giving the space a sense of authority and seriousness. Soft, ambient lighting illuminated the room, casting a warm glow that contrasted with the tension simmering in the air.

In the center of the hall, a large, oval table dominated the space, surrounded by sleek, ergonomic chairs. Each seat was filled with key personnel from various teams, their faces etched with concern and focus. The table was littered with documents, laptops, and digital tablets, all displaying critical information about ongoing missions and threats.

To the right of the podium, a large screen displayed the logo of our organization—a symbol of strength and unity—while also featuring the latest intel updates on the Shadows organization. The screen flickered occasionally, reflecting the unease felt in the room.

Around the perimeter, windows stretched from floor to ceiling, offering a panoramic view of the bustling city outside. Sunlight filtered through the glass, but it felt distant and cold, a stark contrast to the heated discussions happening within. Outside, the world seemed oblivious to the brewing storm inside these walls.

As I took my seat, I could hear the low murmur of conversations, punctuated by the occasional shuffling of papers and the clicking of pens. The atmosphere was thick with anxiety, each person acutely aware of the stakes involved. In the corners of the room, team members exchanged worried glances, and the air crackled with the energy of unspoken questions and fear.

The smell of fresh coffee and stale donuts wafted in from a nearby refreshment table, a small comfort in an otherwise tense environment. I noticed a few team members grabbing cups, their hands trembling slightly as they sought solace in caffeine.

The head of the board stood at the podium, ready to address the room, but it was clear that everyone was waiting on the edge, anticipating the gravity of the situation. As the lights dimmed and his voice echoed through the hall, the reality of what we were facing settled heavily on my shoulders. The shadows were closing in, and it was up to us to stand our ground.

You see here we all were sitting and later we were supposed to be at the other side of the hall as the representatives and the experts of all the fields were supposed to have a separate conversation after the meeting

Pretty cool right? Well as I went towards the first 'curved' row of seats Artemis whispered "are you drunk?"

I answer, "no". Then she says "So why aren't you going to the oval table in front of the one for the board of directors and the CEO and Vice CEO".

I was like huhhh? Then I went towards the oval table and sat there with Miley, the leader of the Phantoms and there was a seat beside me empty. There were like 14 main teams that took the lead in the whole organisation. And The Blood Syndicate and the Reapers' Crew were on the top.

Miley Hayes was my old friend. Maybe since the last 16 years of my life. She was quite nice but the type of cunning disguise specialist and con woman she was, was the reason she was the leader of the disguise and faint operations. Man she was something FUCKING crazy different.

Then after that we have Ivan Vox. Then we have Talia Blade. Then I'll later tell about the field specialists. Later we have Noah Granger, Marcus Black, Lex Talon, Ethan Voss, Victor Wolfe, Damian Frost, Nadia Steele, Rhea Sharma and Nazia Ahmed. Now I am already so tired that I can't even speak or think. And these are the best and the most awesome team leaders you have seen till now.

Then at last how can you even forget, The ultimate Leo Fucking White. The biggest pain in my ass. But he wasn't there when we all came. But who cares? (Actually everyone does. They were all talking about him only. Hehe).

The meeting hasn't Started yet. As the staff was distributing Laptops, files, sealed personal paper folders that we were prohibited to open. I don't know why. They were fixing the presentation board, the TV and all.

I was busy in my own world and suddenly a finger snapped at me and I realised it was Miley. She told me, "the meeting is about to start." I replied, "oh O-okay." Then I found Leo in front of me looking extra sexy. I never realised how sexy he looked in a white shirt.

OMG! Xena! Snap out of it! Girl he is your fucking nemines
