Chapter one ~ Evie

I didn't ask for the insufferable git to study at MY school did I? He could've left me and my school alone, no need to ruin my life at Fenton Academy. Fenton, is a small secondary school in Tregony in Cornwall near Probus. Why'd a stupid Fowl come and mess it up, you'd think BTS and Taylor Swift were giving out tickets and doing a kissing booth. But no, it's a scrawny weak Irish boy with a mouth the size of a bloody planet whos like: My name is Artemis Fowl and I'm the best. Honestly, if he were supposed to be undercover from an assassin then what a crap job hes doing, its like the git wants to be killed I mean, not that he needs an assassin. I'll happily kill him for free.

I turn on my phone and scroll through the group chat with my two best friends. Ava's practically blown up with fury after how easily Abbie has started simping over that Fowl git. I tell you that boy needs an ounce of muscle before Fred even takes a look at him before crying with laughter. Not to worry, Mr Avery, Mr Ashwin and Mr Hooper will make him try to gain a gram of muscle, but no luck to them.

All Kaylah can do is rant about how Blessed has stolen her tie and has hacked her Genshin impact account.

Kaylah: EVIE, AVA! Blessed hacked my Genshin impact account!

Ava Java: Uh, you can do your tassomai homework now it'll stop you from another detention for the millionth time.

I look at my other group chat: How to stop Artemis from destroying more people.

Olivia, Jessica, Everly, Adam, Fred, Danny, Olive, Kaylah, Ruby, Guy, Winnie and Lavinia. The only of us 29 people (Fowl not included) who were sane. 

Adam Friggin' handsome: I say we assassinate him!

Ruby~: Adam FRIGGARY-HAGGARTY we are not assassinating him. Were ruining his life and making him unpopular.

Listen to me, you might think Ruby, sounds peaceful and not violent right? Wrong, she nearly brained Mrs Dove with a hockey stick (to add insult to injury it was Mrs Doves lucky one) just because Mrs Dove called her Olive instead of Ruby. I mean come on Mrs Dove, Olive Bennett is in Mr Averys PE group not yours. PE teachers right?

The school bus rumbles and I hear the noise of 70 irritated students going to school on a Monday. They think it's cold, but I'm sat here with my jumper off and fanning myself. A year eleven looks at me like I'm delusional. But to be honest its the look I get when people ask who the student voice leader for 7DS is. They all look at Grace or Mary, as if the student voice should be pretty and popular and I should be the deputy and one who's the representative. But no its me. Gangly, hot tempered, sarcastic, witty, the ugly duckling among swans, Evie  Crosswild. That's me.

Whatever you are thinking Artemis Fowls even worse than he sounds, if its possible. Excuse me I have to go and swear at him for um, talking to the bus driver for to long. I don't want to miss the start of tutor time. Mr Seyler will kill me.

Note, Fenton is a fictional school based on the Roseland academy which does exist in the UK, the Roseland is a small school of only 665 students much like Fenton, that is where the similarities end apart from the location. The teaching staff, classrooms ect are completely fictional in behaviour and appearance so yeah. Also for the sake of this whole story I made Artemis 11 so this is in a somehow alternate timeline, I was just desperate to see 11yr old Arty squirm under different people who he didn't know how to manipulate. But like bye see you in the next chapter. Also ignore my bad punctuation.
