LOG: 15, March, 2005
Mito, Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan
Windows report the sudden manifestation of a first grade curse in the Kimura household. Its appearance was witnessed by several non-jujutsu sorcerers.
Due to its emergency nature, one second grade first year and one first grade third year from Jujutsu High were dispatched to the scene.
They found that three out of the four family members in the house died. The fourth and youngest member had killed the first grade. They also found the sudden manifestation of the Dies Irae technique in the girl, Naomi Kimura.

THE BLOOD WAS everywhere. In her hair, on her face, on her hands. She wondered how much of it was actually hers. Her face throbbed, her eye was swollen shut and she was definitely bleeding. Naomi had once wondered how long it takes for blood to dry. That answer would come to her soon.
Her trembling body was aching and exhausted, her eye that wasn't swollen shut was fixated on the body of her sister. Her skin mottled and pale, her once beautiful face shredded, caked in dark red as the air hit it. Naomi almost shared that treacherous fate. Even so, Yukine might have received a better death than their parents.
If Naomi looked anywhere around the small living room, she would only be met with strewn limbs, and god forbid she make eye contact with her mother when the rest of her is separated.
Hours had gone by, her legs were numb from the position she was sitting in, and yet, she couldn't move. Maybe this is how she would finally die, surrounded by her family.
"Oh, oh dear," the voice made her scream. She looked around, wide eyed, the sight of all the blood painting the wall and pooling on the floor was seared in her mind. She was soaked in it now, as if she had dipped herself into a bathtub full of it.
There were people in her doorway, their expressions unreadable as they stepped in slowly. Naomi slowly stood up from where she sat, her legs trembling. She hugged her torso as she avoided looking at them. Who were these people? They couldn't be the authorities.
"Don't! Don't come in!" She yelped as she scrambled to the door but it was too late.
"What happened to the curse?" One of them asked.
This made her look up, confused. Curse? There were two guys, one looked to be her age, 14, with small gauges in his ears, dark eyes and dark hair like hers but his was long and pulled back in a bun, a few strands pulled out in a strange bang. The other guy seemed older, maybe around 17, he had bright brown eyes and frosted tips. If Naomi had seen this guy out in the city while shopping with her sister, the two of them would probably be giggling at how silly he looked.
Now her sister's lifeless body lied so still and... empty on the living room floor.
"I don't know what you mean, I don't know... how to..." Naomi frowned, "it all happened so fast I need to call the police I need to call—"
"No," the darker haired boy spoke up, "this is a lot right now, I'm sorry... but don't call the police, they don't have the clearance for this..."
"Who are you?" Naomi asked, trying to keep her focus on them, if she looked around anymore she would shut down.
"I'm Suguru," the dark haired boy introduced himself, "this is Haruka, we're students at Jujutsu Highschool, we handle curses... we were told by windows, that a curse was here, we're here to exorcise it."
Naomi's mind was reeling from Suguru's words. Highschoolers? Someone sent high schoolers to her house?
"This is too much for her, take her to Ryö, the curse is gone," Haruka spoke but started to sound far away, as if he was standing outside and not in front of her.
"Gone?"
"Dead, she probably killed it."

NAOMI WOKE UP in a bed that wasn't her own. Soft light filtering through the closed blinds, the artificial breeze made the curtains flutter. Sunlight splashed on her face and danced in her eyes. She raised a hand to block the light, finding it clean.
"Hey," a voice spoke up, pulling her attention to the doorway. A white haired boy stood tall, taking up most of the space as he stepped through, "oh, oh wow."
He had circular, blackout sunglasses and the brightest pair of blue eyes she's ever seen. They were haunting to look into. And it looked like he was staring into her soul, studying it.
"You definitely have cursed energy," he tilted his head as he pushed his face in close to hers, "I saw it all over that mess you left behind, how did you manage to kill the first grade?"
"What?" Naomi pulled her face back, her eyebrows furrowing in confusion, "who are you? Where am I?"
"Yep, I can see it all over you, no wonder that thing attacked your house," he tilted his head, "that's a lot of negative energy coming off of you."
"Are you seriously suggesting that I brought that monster to my home?" Naomi's racing heart was pumping anger through her veins as she clenched her fists, "you think it's my fault my entire family is dead?"
"Oh fuck, cmon," the boy rolled his eyes, shaking his head, "I didn't mean it like that."
"How did you mean it?" She pressed, leveling him with a glare.
"I mean, it was your cursed energy that the curse was lured to, not you!"
"You still haven't even answered my questions."
"You're at Jujutsu High, Newbie," The white haired boy grinned, he leaned in again, looking like he was studying her like she was a lab experiment, "and I'm Satoru Gojo."
