When times for toasts came around, it was more than entertaining. Emmett started it out with standards hard to pass, "Excuse me. Is this on? Hello?" Everyone turned and took their seats, laughing lightly at his start, "Umm, I'd like to propose a toast to my new sister. Bella, I hope you've gotten enough sleep these last 18 years, 'cause you won't be getting any more for a while." He chuckled lightly and everyone looked at him awkwardly.

Elizabet brought a hand to her mouth to hide her smile, turning to Jasper with a light chuckle. How that must have sounded to the humans...

When Jessica came up for her speech, Elizabet straightened up to listen. "Well, Bella was just like everybody else, totally mesmerized by Edward. Or "The Hair", as I call him. And then, suddenly, Edward is all about Bella. Even though she's not the captain of the volleyball team."

Elizabet covered her mouth, looking away. Jessica laughed lightly, "I'm just kidding, I'm just kidding... Or the president of the student council."

Everyone exchanged awkward looks before she said, "Anyway, cheers."

There were scattered cheers throughout the audience. She stepped off the stage and Elizabet whispered to Jasper, "I honestly have no idea what to say."

He shrugged, "I don't either." They chuckled lightly.

When Charlie went to start his speech, everyone settled down again. "Edward will be a good husband. I know this because I'm a cop. I know things. Like how to hunt somebody down to the ends of the earth."

The guests laughed lightly. The chief continued, "And I know how to use a gun." He glared at Edward for a moment, then gave a tight smile to Bella, before raising his glass slightly, "Cheers."

"Cheers," the guests said back. Alice was next:

"Now that you're my sister, you'll have to get over your aversion to fashion. Skirts, heels, handbags. We're going to have a ball. Thanks!"

Elizabet and Jasper gave her a thumbs up and that encouraged her as she beamed back at them and rejoined Cole, who was holding in a laugh.

Renee sang as her speech, it was sweet. "Go to sleep, my love. Go to sleep. When you wake, you'll see me."

Esme's toast was also very sweet, just as everyone expected, "I'd like to thank Renee and Charlie for bringing such a wonderful person into the world and into our lives. We will cherish and protect her forever."

Elizabet glanced at Jasper, "Do you want to give a toast or should I?" He kissed her forehead with a light chuckle, "Go crazy, darling." She smiled, taking her glass and Emrys to stand Alice's spot in front of the audience for her toast.

"They say you don't marry the person you can live with, you marry the person you can't live without. That sums up Bella and Edward perfectly. I've seen their love blossom into what it is and I know they are perfect for each other because of it. So, to the happy couple," she said. She decided to keep it short an sweet, there was no need to talk in riddles all the time.

"To the happy couple," the audience agreed. Elizabet kissed Emrys' forehead and stepped down to sit next to Jasper again. He kissed her cheek, "That was beautiful."

"Thank you, Jazz," she smiled.

Edward was the last one up for toasts. He had his drink in hand as he started, "It's an extraordinary thing to meet someone who you can bare your soul to and who will accept you for who you are. I've been waiting, what seems like a very long time, to get beyond what I am. And, with Bella, I feel like I can finally begin. So I'd like to propose a toast to my beautiful bride. No measure of time with you will be long enough. But let's start with forever."
